My wife took her car in to Hennessy for an oil change this morning. The service dept tried adding over $1000 of needless services because she is a woman. Don't believe a thing they say. They cannot be trusted. We'll never use Hennessy again.

Took my 2008 Accord in to get work done and the supervisor, Pedro, and the techs did an awesome job with our questions, concerns, and the work itself!Previously, we had brought the car up to the Cartersville location and had a horrible experience with them trying to upsell us on work we didn’t need and not taking the time to really listen and understand what’s going on. They even flat out rejected some research we had done to find a bulletin memo from Honda themselves. The team here at Woodstock did a great job of working with us, answering questions, and going through the work needed piece by piece until we were comfortable.When we are ready to get rid of this car, this dealership will be on the list to visit!

Got my car back from an AC compressor replacement! Thank you Jamielle! Type R owners are usually sensitive with techs touching our cars. But I took the plunge and decided to get mine replaced here.I’ve received a loaner for the time being and got back on the road no problem! Be sure to buy your extended warranties! Just purchased a 2024 Pilot. The sale couldn't have been easier. Paul John was a great sales representative who explained all of the toys on my car with a ton of patience. Paperwork was a breeze. Julius was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles. I had a 2014 Odyssey and it was time for a new car. I test drove the 2024 Pilot and loved it. When it came time to sign the paper work, I panicked thinking I might really miss my van and regret not getting another one. Julius was very patient, understanding and didn’t rush my decision. He helped me think it through and I bought the Pilot. Julius made the stressful process of buying a car much easier. Thank you, Julius!!

Bait and switch city. These people are the reason car dealerships are the most hated business in the country and the reason they will be going away real soon. The prices listed on their adverts are not real. Their salesmen will make up fake quotes to get you in there and then the so-called "manager" will come up with something thousands of dollars higher. Even though they have robust profit built into the MSRP, they will not give you that price without bogus add-ons and dealer markup for stupid, invented gobbledygook. These folks will waste your time with deceptive, bait and switch pricing that is profoundly unethical. Zero integrity to be found at Hennessy Honda. Why on earth would Honda not just sell directly to the public instead of going through these snakes and wolves. Hennessy makes buying a car one of the worst experiences in life. Yuck!

Matthew Nash was so wonderful to work with! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through each service recommendation according to priority. I also really appreciated that his estimated wait times were exactly correct or a little longer than the actual time it took to finish with my car! Would definitely recommend :)

I just bought a car from here recently, and everyone was super nice. I never felt forced into anything, and I felt like the boss of my own journey towards buying a new car. Will was super helpful and is the only reason we came back after shopping around because even after visiting other Honda dealerships with the same cars, experiencing the customer service and VIP experience (without being a VIP) from Hennessy's employees made us want to give them our business over any others.

Just picked up my new car on Friday and it was a great experience, start to finish. Ben was my salesman and he was super friendly, helpful and professional. I Purchased, a 2023 Honda pilot trail sport and worked with Ben on the deal. Ben was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process and would recommend buying from him to anyone. Great experience and this is my fourth car that I have bought from this dealership. Highly recommend!
