No acknowledgment of my existence while I'm in the store ='s me leaving and spending my money elsewhere. The young lady in the store was not rude towards me or my wife. She was rude by not acknowledging the only 2 customers in the store. 3/6/24 12:30

I want to give a shout-out to Melinda who was on shift when we visited the store over weekend. My 22 month old is extremely intriguing and friendly when it comes to meeting people, and Melinda was the first person in the outlet who interacted with him and made him feel welcome. We were able to shop peacefully while my kiddo was trying to see what Melinda was doing and listening to her carefully. So happy to see such wonderful people working here!

Nice friendly staff and very helpful while I was shopping for t-shirts not sure how they would fit the kind ladies open a few for me I'm a big guy 6'7". Great experience and product.

Everything Jockey, great clearance items and rewards system. Individual items are expensive, but it is high quality and you get discounts for buying multiples.

This review is overdue. I've been here many times over the years and have been very satisfied with all of my purchases and experience. Even though it is located in the outlets at Ridge Walk in Woodstock, Georgia I do not consider it a true outlet in that it doesn't sell factory seconds. I think they do carry items from other stores such as Macy's and other department stores when they are out of season but I really can't be 100 percent sure on this. I'm a big fan of their sleepwear especially their pajama pants where around town to the embarrassment of my neighbors. If you see some dork wearing pajama pants and crocs running around town...that's me! It okay, you can pretend you don't know me. I also love their 3 pack cotton socks. I buy the boys packs which I like better than the women's because they're a little bit more durable for wearing around the house and front patio. The best thing about Jockey is their stuff lasts and doesn't shrink. As far as prices are concerned they aren't expensive but they aren't cheap. (You get what you pay for so if an item is too cheap then you shouldn't be surprised if it falls apart after a couple of washes.) And did I mention excellent customer service? Some of the best you'll get at this outlet are from the great folks at this store!
