This by far is my favorite pharmacy to go to. Every single person there is always kind and compassionate. I’ve been to many pharmacies where I’m always met with judgment and attitude. Or I’m waiting forever. This pharmacy is consistent, reliable, and always meets me with grace. I really appreciate that and will continue using this pharmacy from now on. Thank you for being the difference we need in this world.

I've been using this pharmacy for at least 25 years. I've never had a bad experience. They are prompt, caring and efficient. I would never consider changing.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years now for my diabetes supplies. Everyone has always been helpful and polite. I’ve never had any issues getting my medication whatsoever.

Rude and unwilling to expedite pain medication as I just left the dentist office having oral surgery and the Novocain was wearing off.They are way too busy and anybody or two stop and evaluate someone’s amount of pain as a critical factor in when it gets filled.I’ll be looking for another pharmacy

Okay so I registered online to get the covid vaccine at this. Towne Lake location. My appointment was at 9am. I get there and they ask for ID and insurance. I informed the lady I only have Medicare part A. Okay she said "we'll figure it out". Well 25 minutes later, still trying to "figure" it out. I was told the shot is "free" so....... It took alot for me to schedule this. I guess money trumps all. Btw, hopefully I won't get sick from being exposed (I was masked up) after my ID and card was handled so much. There wasn't any hand sanitizer at the station for customers only those working behind the counter, which wasn't used by the lady who waited on me.

The pharmacy staff is over worked and I'm sure under paid. Mary at the Hwy 92 location should be in charge of the entire operation. She is phenomenal!!

I have been searching since Wednesday to get a RX filled for my dog, Peyton, who has to start chemotherapy and had been to 8 different places. Ever pharmacist or pharm tech told me sorry we don't carry that and basically stopped helping me. Not here, the pharmacist Lauren searched until she found it and then found a generic version that saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for helping me and Peyton.

INCREDIBLY RUDE. REQUIRE MASKS FOR CUSTOMERS YET ONLY ONE OHARMASIAT WAS WEARING ONE... WOULDN’T FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS REGARDLESS OF TAKING ONE AND HOLDING IT FOR HOURS. ONE WAS EVEN A NEW MEDICINE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD GIVE A ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT GIVE TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! ❌❌❌
