Literally go anywhere else. First off, the lab isn't marked on the directory and was advised by the helpful rheum front desk that it was on the 3rd floor. Found the lab and was there to pick up a collection sample cup. Front desk told me I needed to make a walk-in appt for that in a line of 8 other lab walk-ins. I've never had to do this at other Quest locations. Seemed pretty redundant as it's a pick-up to drop-off type of lab and I collect it myself from home with instructions found with the sample cup.

They had to draw 3 vials of blood but instead of using a"butterfly" they changed the tubes at the needle moving it around. It left a large bruise. They misslabeled the blood samples so they didn't match the doctor's order and the doctor had to fax them a correction (although the doctor had the correct name and it was their mistake) or they wouldn't do the lab test. After that extra paperwork they did give them the results. I was asking to get my results and they can't find them. Maybe they went under the mistaken name. So the specialist I'm seeing now had to start by getting a new blood sample and repeat it.

I received a bill much higher than expected and it came 3 months after my appointment with my doctor. Frustrating but not uncommon for the medical field. I reached out immediately to discuss the bill, but I had a difficult time getting in touch via phone. After a few attempts over a period of a couple of days, I resorted to email. I did receive a response back via email within a couple of days, and a couple of emails were exchanged regarding my bill. After my last email for which I have been awaiting a reply, I received a letter from collection services over 2 months later. Over this 2 month period I had not received any other communication from Quest Diagnostics. I am currently on hold waiting (30 minutes in so far) to speak with someone from Quest Diagnostics while writing this review. All I need is communication and it is frustrating that it is so difficult to get that.
