Short staffed at peak hours. Went to the door frustrated along with many other people. It’s not just this Racetrac it’s also other nearby Woodstock. Staff is always rude to begin with so I won’t be coming here anymore.

Store was dirty, and cashier claimed the rewards system wasn't working, when I contacted racetrac support, they told me there's no issues. This racetrac will try to extract every cent they can from you

I was in this store recently and bought a small coffee and a small bag of chips and I went to the register and the general manager named Corey rung my order up and said that will be $9.13. I thought to myself $9.13 for a small coffee and a bag of chips? No way ! I looked down at the itemized things I had purchased on the credit card machine and saw that there was a $5 lotto ticket that I did not ask for but was asked to pay for. I spoke up and said I did not buy a lottery ticket I don't even buy lottery tickets. Be careful when going to the store and be very aware of your purchases. Maybe Corey the manager has a gambling problem and wants the customers to support it. Smh

The most kind people work here. It is ALWAYS clean. The restrooms never look or feel gross. I cannot state enough the kindness of the humans that work here. Thank you so much.

I only stopped for a drink and breakfast sandwich. The staff was very friendly and actually made me laugh, which I wasn't expecting. It was a nice change to see someone who actually enjoys their job.

Wouldnt give a star if i didnt have too!! So over the rude night shift employees! Don't acknowledge you even when your checking out. Too busy on the phone or talking to their coworkers about their personal life!!! This has happened on more than just one occasion. Dayshift isnt much better. If it wasn't raining I would have taken my business down to QT atleast I get a "hello" "how are you? Need anything else?" "come again"

The cook is a very problematic person, if she doesn't want to work then she should resign but she doesn't have to insult the customer and the manager is the same agreeing with the employee without knowing that she is the one who offends the customer in this case it was me and my partner those attacked.

Went in at 7:10 in the morning understaffed with three employees with a line of 30 people waited 9 send me the long time to be somewhere to be standing there, holding a cold fountain drink minutes to check out for a fountain drink
