I’m so happy Region’s has gone back to great customer service like they did 20 yrs ago. I had a deposit that I had from months and months of working to get from another financial place of business. They made it so difficult to get my money out of it. I went to Lockheed Credit Union to deposit it and they wanted me to just put these 5 checks into the machine myself while they watched behind a counter. It’s like an atm inside the bank. With all the problems I had getting the checks I could just see something going wrong and maybe getting lost or jammed in this machine. I was really upset that no human was going to make the deposits so I could feel relieved they were safe in my account. I decided to walk away and go to Regions where I was greeted with a great welcome. The teller was awesome and deposited the checks in my accounts and gave me copies of the checks and the deposit receipt for all the checks like normal banks do. I can’t believe a bank wants to do business that way at Lockheed. Why even have people around? I will never feel comfortable depositing my money any other way than at Regions with a wonderful welcoming teller. It felt like it did 20 yrs ago. Thank you for making me feel a little special today Regions.

This is my regular branch that I go to for everything. I was recently scammed horribly and Theresa and the entire team, the branch manager as well, Tejal, and Dale and Jean were AMAZING! It was not easy but they truly helped me out from preventing these horrible Individuals to scam my accounts. They explained what I need to do on my part but I am grateful for them all. I have never dealt with any of them being rude or unhelpful to myself or my family. They are part of the reason why I and my entire family are Regions customers. Now I hope these scammers get caught

I went in today hoping for help and received the worst customer service I’ve ever had banking with regions. The “manager” barely looked up from her chat with the teller to speak to me. Gave me attitude when I asked questions and was all around rude. So I drove 10 minutes down the street to the towne lake location where my questions were answered and I was treated as if I was a valuable customer. I will never return to this location and if you’re smart you won’t either.

I've done business with this bank since BEFORE it was even Regions Bank and have really enjoyed getting to know the people there. Over the last few years it's really changed. Those people have left. The drive thru is extra slow, when i go inside they look at me like i'm inconveniencing them. I don't know what I have done to upset them. Made a deposit there inside a few days ago and while i was there i needed some coin wrapping supplies. I asked for 50 wrappers and the girl handed me about 10. If that is how she counts....well, it is a bank. Eventually I was able to get what i needed as she kept handing me 3 or 4 at a time and saying "is that enough?". anyway. A few months ago I needed to speak to someone in the lobby in customer service, the same girl, i mentioned previously, called me over to the window and said "I can help you" so I told her what my issue was, and of course she said i'd have to go to customer service. I think she was just being nosey as to what I was there for. Another time I went in to speak to customer service and the girl at the desk told me she was about to go to lunch, could i come back in an hour? What was that about?

Went there to pull out a lousy 10kThey didn't have it. Said I hade to give a week notice. For 10k?? Told me it was shady asking for that amount. It's MY money. Bank manager said I could piece it together from several banks... What?!? Or they could write me a cashier check.. I have other accounts at wells and Chase. I have never had a problem pulling out what ever I want. Needless to say but I will be taking my money out and redirecting direct deposits from regions and closing the account. Crazy when I have more cash in a safe than my bank does.... It was a ghost town in there and 2.4 out of 5.. Know wonder you don't have any money. I will also be contacting the CFPB. Update to owner response. Than make a change. 2.4 out of 5.. It's a problem. I wanted to buy something and missed out because regions didn't want to give me my money.. If I want to withdraw it all and swim it, that's my business. I have already started transferring to another bank.

In 2020 at the height of the pandemic I needed a loan because I lost my business. I went to regions to open up a checking account. I applied for a loan from some company and they said they didn't work with credit unions where I've had a bank account for years. These people were scammers unbeknownst to me. And regions reported my brand new checking account with them to this consumer reporting company as involved in fraudulent checks. I didn't write a fraudulent check those people did. And that's probably why regions doesn't have above a three-star rating. I was a victim.

It would be nice if you had more than one teller on the Saturday morning. This is my only day off. I have many things to do and don't need to hear that you're short staffed.

My boyfriend is very upset that the regions on 92 and trickem are closing there drive thru window. will have to no longer use this bank, move my safety deposit box and might have to change my business account due to this inconvenience.

Went to regions bank atm Saturday around 11:30pm right after i had gotten off work. The atm then eats my money so i wait til the bank opens on monday to get my money. Instead of crediting my account the money I WORKED FOR, i have to wait until regions decides to count their atm. William pulls out this dispute form and tells me it will be one business day for the "provisonal credit" hits my account. i still have yet to recieve this provisional credit after william told me it would be the next day when it hit my account. Its now almost thursday still havent received anything. Extremely disappointed in regions and will most likely be leaving this bank as soon as i get the money they owe me. Its like if your ages 21-25, they don't care for you. Will not recommend to anyone.
