Regions Bank on Town Lake, Woodstock, GA possess in my opinion, the best bankers I have ever worked with in helping me to solve a banking error I made and in helping me make the most of my investments. They are very professional but demonstrate a true concern for any issue you may have and how to better your financial position. Thanks Cathi and Amy, you two are the best!

Honestly, I've been going to this bank for a few months now and have no complaints. I work at a local store who has decided to bank here, no matter how troublesome the deposits may be, I don't get any complaints.

Rude sarcastic employees that will make you feel like closing your account instantly!!Too many other banks to choose from....Update...When I finally closed my account 6 months later the lady that waited on me was just as horrible..not even asking why I was closing it or even trying to retain me as a customer..

Have banked at Regions for years... starting before the Towne Lake branch opened. The entire team has always been courteous, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier with a hometown banking experience in the day of corporate banking!!

Honestly this branch needs new management at this point. I've had numerous problems with their customer service. I just called and asked them if they had enough money for me to make a significant withdrawal & they said they "never" will. They then proceeded to ask why I wanted to withdraw that much of MY OWN money it's a joke. Again this is just one problem out of many that I have had with this specific branch.

Getting to the branch phone number takes a redicioulous amount of time.Why not just show the direct phone number on the branch site?

Answer the phone! Disconnect from the 800 number because it will drive a person crazy! It does NOT work!
