My mom and I came here today and the young blonde woman with hearing aids was so knowledgeable and kind. She really took time to help us find the best products for us and had fantastic recommendations. She even taught me some makeup tips I never knew. The other girl working helped us find the right perfume and was so great. Give these girls a raise.

Very rude from the second I walked in. Asked for help and they talked to me like I was stupid. Do NOT come here unless you want to feel like a piece of shi; if you DO want to be treated like a basic human being, go to Sephora at the Towne Center mall. They are extremely helpful and actually WANT to help you, very sweet and kind. Helped me find what I needed while telling me about the product, didn’t even have to ask.

Excellent customer service here. I had to pick out a lot of products and the sales person gave me excellent suggestions & recommendations and she was very patient with me. I'm picky about my products but she did a fantastic job and helped me with everything I needed. I am in love with all my products and they are best suited for my skin care and beauty needs.I highly recommend Erica for help

I was stalked in the store and given the weirdest looks the entire time today in this location. By Kim and Dani. Lmao I can’t look like I steal no way does my demeanor say this. My skin color just might make me appear as such. I didn’t even feel comfortable shopping slowly. I would go look for something and Dani would come stare. Sorry my Louis Vuitton is huge but I don’t use it to steal . I’m sure you don’t have one, lmao so you wouldn’t understand ❤️

I love going in public and be made to feel like I’m less of a human by the employees of a retail chain. This location has absolute tragic customer service with a staff who are much more interested in what’s going on on their cell phones than the customers in their store. I’ll go literally anywhere else for skincare next time ?

Not well stocked, they never have the birthday gifts in, and the shelves are not very neat and organized. Overall, it's pretty disappointing for a Sephora!

The two girls who helped me one of them I believe was the store manager were amazing took care of what I needed help with. Highly recommend this is becoming the only Sephora I go to now!

Worst customer service at any Sephora I've ever been to. I've been to this location 5 different times now and only once was I asked if I needed any help. The sales ladies just stand around and chit chat with each other ignoring people-every time I've been in. I'd rather drive further to the mall Sephora to get better service.

Sephora employee with a unique name "Kane" was so helpful helping me find the exact items my wife wanted. I know nothing about skin care nor makeup stuff. Kohls employees everywhere should take a lesson in how to actually be of assistance to customers the way this lady was so kind and patient and helpful. She didn't try to over sell me either.

Atones I think her name is she was a doll and so friendly unlike Ulta who slams the door in ur face one min before they actually close. I just needed an eyebrow pencil from Anastasia but the young lady from Sephora was awesome.

Cain (and I am so sorry if I butchered the spelling) is the absolute best!I am painfully pale. Like if you put me, Casper, and a sheet of paper in a police line up, I’d fit right in. With this being said, finding makeup has always and will always be a struggle for me. I have been turned off of Sephora at other locations so many times due to lack of customer service, product pushing and selection- as well as feeling unwelcome or “too much work” due to my complexion, but my visit this past week was vastly different.Cain was cheerful, helpful, and patient. I explained my needs and wants and she introduced me to a few new brands I have never considered. Due to not wearing makeup often, Cain provided me with a sample so I can try it out and see if it’s what I’m looking for. This will by my regular Sephora from this point on! Can’t wait to pay her a visit again.

DO NOT GO TO THE SEPHORA HERE.I have been there a few times, I’ve been declined returns and the employees seem miserable working there. The environment feels miserable. I tried asking for help from Michelle (the manager) but she was talking to one of her employees and demanded me to hold on and continued talking with her employee instead of helping me. There are only a few employees there that kept me going back. They were sweet. But Michelle is a piece of work. If I could give 0 stars I would just because of her.

Worst experience ever! Went to check out and use my 20% coupon and was told I couldn’t use it as I needed a email with a barcode. Well of course I didn’t have a email with barcode I had a coupon that states no barcode needed. Cashier proceeded to tell me she had a barcode but I couldn’t use it. Unfortunately I will never go back and will tell my friends. Just awful!!
