I am not the type to leave a review but I wanted to commend Krista for her efforts with my husband and me. We were very pleased with the quality of service we received. If you plan on coming to this location, ask for her! She is knowledgeable, patient, and a bundle of joy. We are from out of town and were highly satisfied with our purchase.

Store associates were great. Very disappointed that Sketcher stores do not carry any women's boots, but they carry lots of men's.

Emily was wonderful to help me find the shoes that I was looking for. Unlike others that just stood behind the counter talking instead of offering to help. She was very friendly and full of suggestions. I will continue shopping this location as long as she is there!

This was my first time at The Sketchers Factory Store. I was not sure what to expect. I have had issues with my knees and a friend of mine wears the micro-burst, she has the same issue as I do. I was looking around at the different styles & associate Emily asked me if I needed help finding anything. She was absolutely amazing, patient & went out of her way to climb up and down the ladder with a smile on her face to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I find one pair but left with 2. LOL Wish I had this kind of customer service at other stores. You can tell she really loves her job & it shows. She also was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and ask for Emily every time. Oh & I will call ahead to make sure she is working.

I went yesterday in a hurry to find a new pair of shoes for work which I had to be at in 2 hours. I walked in talked to Emily and she walked around the entire store with me helping me find me the right shoes. Well thankfully we found the right ones. Emily thank you so much for all your help. I love these shoes!

Super store. Lots of options. Friendly staff. Not 5 star cuz the bag they give to carry the shoes are so cheap, the ink stained on my hands and paint. Please change the bags.

In my experience with being in the store, I had such an amazing experience with Armando. He was literally so delightful with his customer service. I was stressing out about finding shoes for a concert that's coming up, and he was a HUGE help with helping me find my shoes for the concert. I literally can't thank him enough for being patient with me. If you're going to this store, be sure that Armando is there to help you. He's literally the best! :)
