Terrible. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. Looooooooooong hold times with no help on the phone. Zero reason to use this pharmacy:(

Let me preface this review with an understanding that short staffing is a way of life now...but alas..here I am... I have been using this pharmacy for several years and my issues have been limited to extensive wait times at the pharmacy counter and drive through. My final straw was requesting a refill from a 90 day prescription (I had two 30 day refills left) and received a message it could not be filled. I called to find out the issue and #1, I was on hold for nearly an hour #2, my perscription was closed out # 3, when I asked why, I was told very apathetically 'I dont know'. Really? They could request a new prescription for me but it may take a few days. This was not a way to take care of your customers...while my medication is not a life threatening absence, I can't put my trust in them...

This pharmacy is an absolute joke! Your prescriptions are never ready or they say they can't refill them. They put you on hold for 30-45 min then hang up when they answer. Something has to give! It's the only Walgreens around! Every month is the same story! Someone needs to let management know this is UNACCEPTABLE!

Worst Pharmacy. Didn't fill all of my prescriptions and then when asked, acted like nothing is missing. If you call they don't answer. Was on hold 7 mins and they hung up ...then on hold 19 mins and hung up on. Heading back to Publix.

Absolutely ridiculous and horrible!! This is my second chance with your pharmacy at Walgreens on towne lake parkway in Woodstock ga. I will never I repeat never go back there. The first time I waited 12 hours for amoxicillin and today my wife fell fractured her knee cap was in excruciating pain we went to your drive thru, I sat there for a few minutes then this blind headed lady walked over and said can I help you. I said we just came from urgent care and my wife needs this filled. The lady rudely barely let me finished before she said it's going to be 3 days we are 2 days behind. The lady had no remorse it was like go away we don't want to help you. This is the sane service I got the first time. You need to address this I went to Publix and had my prescription of Loratab for my wife in less than an hour! I will be telling everyone I know about this pharmacy and their lack of compassion and horrible horrible horrible service. Please address this as Managment before others get this sane service! Thanks for your time.

Highly recommend the pharmacy. Very accommodating, professional and personable. Store is usually well stocked with items and professional staff.

ilI do not recommend to work at this company I can describe a close story about this company well someone told me was an emoloyee in Townlake location and this employee was separated do to this employee didn't card ID to costumee that look adult ! and for only and only this the employee was separated fir his/her job in Dec they could've gave this employee a verbal warning first but Stire Mgr didn't bother in even mention it !! This employee didn't put in any serious problem to the company !

Need more help. Pharmacy shouldn't close during normal store hours. Wasted time and gas. Use a comoetitor that offered better hours.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR FEDEX DROP OFF. They'll literally pull you out if line and tell you that they can't do it unless you've already taped the label to it and sealed it. No, they will not let you email the slip to them and have them print it like most places. No, they don't have tape to tape the label on. They'll also freak out if they see you holding an open package envelope (even if resealable) because it's not closed and ready to go for them. Literally don't waste your time, go to an actual FedEx. Good luck changing the drop off location with the place your making the return to if you didn't read this first. That or just make sure you have a printer with ink at home.

NO ISSUE WITH THE PHARMACY STAFF. There just are not enough of them. My issue is with Corporate and their decision to Shut down the Rose Creek operation and move everything into this one on Townlake Parkway and you wait 20 to 30 minutes to get anything done at the pharmacy'. There are seven cars now and of course this is what you see on a regular basis someone pulls out and goes around because they don't wanna sit here and spend five dollars in gasoline waiting for Walgreens. I've instructed my position to not send them to Walgreens anymore my prescriptions ask them to print them I'll take them to Publix and you know they're cheaper probably at Publix anyway I don't know why I bother with these drug stores As they are not really drug stores anymore anyway. Again I have no issue with the staff there as friendly as can be considering they're overworked rushed harried and forced to "do more with less. What's worse I unsubscribe over and over and it says there is no account associated with me email BUT THE EMSIL KEEPS COMING. Ugh!!

So my RiteAid turned into Walgreens and then closed my store. It was supposed to be an easy process they couldn't read a prescription right and I had to have my doctor call and explain and then my address and insurance information is gone. Easy process my assll Walgreens you suck!!! I'm gone!!!
