Walgreens, please change the wording in your Covid Test confirmation email. It states 'At the time of your appointment, go to the testing pharmacy check-in counter in the store'. However, when customers go inside, they are told to go back out to the drive-thru. I don't appreciate the inconvenience nor the looks I received from your staff for having come in the store, which is exactly what I was told to do. Another reviewer described the pharmacy staff as indifferent. This is the perfect description. They say as few words as possible, and interactions seem robotic.

My husband had a surgery yesterday Sep. 27th and we were already going through a lot of stress.Since Walgreens at Woodstock hwy 92 is convenient for us we order our prescriptions to go to the same.I was in the drive thru to collect my husband’s medicines on Sep. 28th Thursday at 7:30pm and the lady was very rude to me.She first said that the order will be ready in 10 mins and I said “okay, thank you” and was about to move from there, very quickly and rudely she said “I have to take the customer behind you move your car”I was like it was not even a second since she had answered my question.People like this lady should not be in the customer service face to face jobs to ruin and make it worse for the customers. Hopefully, some action will be taken against her and some training provided to her on how to talk to people. My job is with CVS but I still come here but will make it a point to change the pharmacy as soon as I can.Awful customer service !!!!!

Pharmacist's are rude. I get that a lot of people are stressed, but a smile and more affable attitude might help.

This Walgreens is clean and well organized. The best part of this store is the pharmacy. Not only are the techs efficient and friendly, but Joe, the pharmacist is the best. He takes extra special care with each patient, whether its administering a shot or filling a prescription. I will only go to him for my prescriptions because I am confident each one will be filled accurately and timely. We are fortunate to have this kind of care in our local Walgreens.

I special ordered And paid for 2 bottles of lotion. After a couple of weeks I called to see if it had come in. Caitlyn said it was in except for that I was out of town . I came back into town to pick up the merchandise Today and now they tell me they have shipped it back to the warehouse .They won't give me a Refund receipt and they won't give me the merchandise . No one called me to tell the merchandise was here, I had to call them. No one called me to tell me that the merchandise was sent back to the warehouse, I had to find out in person. DON'T use this store.

Worst pharmacy technicians I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Rude and unprofessional. Ended up transferring my prescriptions to CVS. Will never go back here!

I have new insurance and have usually gone to Publix in the past. I never had any issues with Publix but my wife wanted to try Walgreens. I went to the doctor in the morning and had them send my prescription to Walgreens. I got a text that I did not have up to date insurance and to call. I called and they said to bring my card when I picked up my prescription and they would update. When I handed the the cards later that day they could not get it to go through and they would let me know later. They called and said it didn’t go through and I did not have coverage. I couldn’t get how my insurance worked with no problem at my doctor and now it doesn’t. I called the number on both my cards and was told I had full coverage on both and there should not be an issue. My wife talked to them the next morning and they said the message they we’re getting was we needed a primary insurance basically saying it was our problem. I called Publix, gave them my insurance information over the phone and I am going to pick up my prescription now with updated insurance and no problems. Should have just gone to Publix in the beginning and spared me the trouble.

Wow! Had no idea the reviews were so bad. Now I see why.Chose this location to run in and out. I had a quick question in which I was going to look up the answer for myself but due to the internet not working properly I asked the pharmacist whom later said her name was Christy/Kristy. Her attitude and demeanor was beyond rude and simply uncaring. I can understand if she honestly didn’t know the answer but she appeared to be annoyed and condescending. After telling me that my doctor should have given me a list of medications to take and they should be the ones to answer any questions regarding how safe a medication is, I simply replied that my doctors have always stated that pharmacists were capable and competent enough to answer simple questions regarding medicine especially regarding over the counter medication. She didn’t even bother to come to the consult window. She yelled this from the back of the pharmacy. I then told her I would consult with another pharmacist at another pharmacy. And she answered basically saying that was good. Meanwhile, there is a Publix right across the street with better than amazing pharmacists that have always gone way above and beyond to help and answer the same exact type questions without any hesitation and are never rude. There is also a Walmart and Kroger pharmacy exactly across the street with much better customer service and pharmacists that are entirely more knowledgeable and pleasant. I will never go to this pharmacy location again. I ended up going across the street and asking another pharmacist the same exact question and she was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable and thank goodness I did because she informed me not to take the particular medication.

Pharmacy is slow. Staff are very rude. I get it's flu season and covid is on increase which makes things busy. But there isn't an excuse for 4 hr delay on prescriptions that were called in for pain management and for the pharmacy tech staff to be as rude as they are.

I’m appalled that I even have to bring this up but if I didn’t who would? My niece and her girlfriend went shopping at this location. Upon checkout, they overheard the older woman employee (standing next to a male checkout person) mention her disgust with my niece. Saying the words “she-man” and “disgusting”. How dare she say anything rude to or about the customer when that customer is present in front of them? I don’t care what your belief is, keep it to yourself. I will be visiting this location to speak with a manager and then take it to corporate as this is completely disrespectful and inappropriate for any employee to act this way.

I can see why this pharmacy has such low reviews. A majority of the staff is rude, they can't figure out their own systems, they do not know what's in their own stock, the list goes on and on...Just went to pick up a prescription today that has already been filled with them before. They apparently forgot to scan in the prescription originally so that was the first hurdle to get past. Then the person hands us back the prescription and tells us to fill it elsewhere, they don't have it. And that's it. This person wouldn't even look in the system to see if it was available elsewhere or if they'd have it soon. So off we go to someone other than Walgreens for all prescriptions in the future. No longer dealing with this place...it's never a smooth transaction with them.
