Flight was late from DCA to MSP. At 51, I had to run through three terminals like a robbed a 7-eleven to try to catch the connecting flight to HNL. I barely made it before the doors closed. The WiFi didn’t work on this flight and neither did my video screen so I got to hang out for 8 hours like it was a 1982 flight minus the smokers even though I was still dying from the unexpected run for my flight time. Upon arrival in Hawaii, I learned my checked bags were in Salt Lake City. Spent the next 9 hours without my stuff and had to return to the airport around 1100 pm to find my bag. As an airline that is not 90+% on-time, you should not have any connecting flight layovers that are less than 90 minutes. Trip to Hawaii and back to Florida was great...e
On the trip back home to Tampa, Delta provided dinner, spirits, and breakfast before landing... We really enjoyed the service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, multiple delays and bags sent to separate places where I had to walk all over the place. Biggest thing is the overbooking and delays, Delta would be my absolute last choice for travel.

Talked to 4 different agents about bringing a 20lb dog home with me. Every single one said it was ok. Ticket counter refused to take the dog and told me sorry while smiling in my face. They couldn't care less that I now need to cancel my ticket, find a hotel room during Christmas weekend, rent a car and find a shipper for a dog. Thanks Delta for all the Christmas joy.

It was my first visit to this delta sky club. It's not like Delta clubs at bigger hubs, but it's not bad at all. Decent food that's enough for a meal--I tried the Hawaiian chicken, yakisoba, rice, and tofu. The drinks are complimentary and the Mai tai was decent. There are only two bathroom stalls but o didn't see a bad line. Checkin was quick. The lounge was quite full, but they weren't turning people away yet, so maybe they have the flights timed well. It's very close to their main gates, so that's convenient, and it's right between there and the security checkpoint. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

This was my first visit to any Delta Sky Lounge (DSL). I hadn't flown Delta in a long time because they switched to 757 and 737 aircraft to service Hawaii and I don't like flying on single aisle aircraft. I learned that they use the 767 on their HNL-LAX route so I booked first class seats so I could attend a concert in Temecula.I wondered if my first class ticket would gain me entrance to the DSL because a similar ticket doesn't allow one to access United's Polaris Lounge, unless you're flying internationally. I had a backup plan; I am an American Express Platinum cardholder and that allows you to use the Sky Lounge.I was pleasantly surprised by the layout and the food and drink offerings in the DSL. Yes, it was crowded but I found a seat with an AC outlet so I could charge my phone. I went to get a gin & tonic and a plate of food and a couple of bags of chips. Why two bags? One is for consumption on the plane.I spent 2.5 hours in the lounge; it's so much more relaxing in the DSL than out in the terminal by the gate(s). I'll give the Honolulu location 4+ stars, mainly because the staff there were the friendliest and most helpful I've experienced in any lounge by an American carrier.

Reasonable sized Sky Club considering the location. The hospitality was extraordinary m, and everyone involved was very friendly and professional every moment of my stay! The pork was exceptional and there were some superb delicacies to enjoy, such as Mochi Ice in Matcha, Passion Fruit and regular flavors! And they even had a Shaved Ice machine with five flavors to choose from! Bravo Honolulu Airport Sky Club Terminal 2...

I booked a flight 5 days ago, I wanted Delta so I paid more and the times of flights weren't perfect but doable. Delta changed my return flight time from 11:30 am to 5:40am! to make that flight I'd have to stay in a hotel. no thanks. I was able to hang it one time no charge, but hello delta you're the one that gave me horrible 5:40 am flight. since delta changed my flight twice within five days I had zero trust that they would not change it again so I completely canceled and went with a different airlines. Id say I was disappointed but in all honesty I'm mad that they screwed me up plus I almost had enough miles for helping with a trip.

"I've lost count of how many times I've visited the Delta Sky Lounge in Honolulu, but it remains one of my absolute favorites. While it may not be the largest lounge, it more than compensates with its exceptional service, convenience, and undeniable charm. Delta has been my preferred airline for the past 15 years, and every visit to this lounge on my way to the mainland reminds me why."

I came to the airport 3 hours before my flight because I know I would have endless feast and mead at the great hall of Delta Sky Club. I shall wait for the arrival of my flight and I shall feel no regret.

Very clean and well staffed. Bathrooms were immaculate. Variety of really good food including shaved ice which was a really nice surprise treat. This is the best airport lounge I have used in terms of service and food. At one point in the evening, the staff brought a cart around to every person seated and offered delicious coffee cheesecake (which was amazing) and White Russians. The food included a huge variety and everything was high quality. The staff had aloha spirit every single one!! They all greeted our family of 5 with friendliness, and when we left they all wished us well. Really nice experience. The only negative was some of the chairs were uncomfortable.

Delta Airlines is definitely my go to for flying. I highly doubt I'll ever fly with anyone else from now on. They were organized, professional, and extremely helpful. My flight from Honolulu to Atlanta & VPS in Florida went smooth. My return flight was delayed overnight and Delta hooked me up with a beautiful hotel stay in Atlanta, gave me food & transportation vouchers. Thank you, Delta! You really care about your customers and it shows. Looking forward to flying with them again.

Delta airlines has squeezed every penny. They can out of the public by making the planes, so small and so cramped. Do you have to walk sideways down the isles and you still get bumped when people go past. No Wi-Fi? What a joke.The bathrooms are an embarrassment. I will never fly Delta again.
