In searching for a realtor, I came across several of Duc’s real estate videos and felt he was knowledgeable, professional and a good fit to work with in finding a condo. Once we connected, we felt comfortable and at ease. While I was actively looking, he also began sharing potential properties. When we identified the property, he was very responsive and attentive. Although we were in different time zones and I tried not to contact him during “off hours” there were a few times when it was needed and he was very responsive. Throughout the process, Duc kept us informed and answered our questions with patience. Duc also went above and beyond to accommodate and assist us, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely use him again if needed.

Duc Ong went above and beyond in every aspect of selling my condo--I could not ask for a better realtor! I have to admit that the whole prospect of selling my condo scared me. I wanted to do it, but had no idea where to begin. Duc was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout. No question or task was too big or too small, Duc was always there with reassurance and help. My Kakaako condo was part of the HCDA reserved housing program so there were added challenges in navigating the release and payment of the shared equity. With Duc's knowledge and guidance, we were successfully able to navigate the release process. I have no doubt that I chose the right realtor, through his competence, diligence, and hard work, Duc made the whole process easy. Mahalo, Duc!

My partner and I really enjoyed working with Duc! He came recommended from friends, so we knew we could trust him. We are first time homebuyers, and Duc helped demystify the process, was communicative every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and made sure we found a place we wanted to buy. We managed to close on a condo in town quickly and efficiently, which wouldn’t have happened without Duc. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy here in Hawaii!

When I set my goal to buy a place a year ago, he was there to listen and help me with getting the place I wanted. He was like a brother to me. He even helped me with finding a temporary rental until we can buy. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction on Oahu.

Working with Duc on the purchase of my 1st home was great. He was able to address any concerns almost immediately and explained everything. He provided me with so much information that is needed, resent me information so I didn’t have to hunt for it. I highly suggest Duc as your next realtor there is no way you can go wrong. Very knowledgeable and always on top of all actions throughout the process. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better realtor to work with on and Hawaii home purchases.

Duc is awesome! He takes the time to understand what you are looking for and makes you feel like you are his only client. He is a real estate investor as well so he has a vast knowledge and understanding of everything real estate. We did our home search from the east coast and he made it really easy. We found Duc via his YouTube channel fall of 2021. We had debated whether or not to sell our Waikiki condo for some time. Without hesitation, Duc gave us a full market analysis for the pros and cons of staying versus selling. Duc’s analysis was incredibly helpful in making our decision. We mulled it over until spring, when we decided to sell. Duc never pressured us in any direction. He gently guided us through the whole selling process. The listing photos and video turned out incredible, I couldn’t believe it! We sold in 6 days for cash. It was the highest sold unit to date in our condo building, thanks to Duc. I have no doubt he will be one of the leading agents on the island soon. He is fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Duc!

We chose him as our realtor because he has a lot of experience, not only as an agent, but also with buying real estate himself. We will be working with Duc again on the buying side! So we were a family of 3 looking for a second home in Hawaii. For work reasons, however, we were conducting this search from Asia, which had 18 hours of difference between the two locations, so you can imagine the challenge of finding a place to begin with!Duc was more than we could ask for and we could not have completed our transaction had it not been for him. We interviewed and tried working with 2-3 other agents previously, and Duc was by far the utmost professional in terms of his knowledge, responsiveness, patience, and work ethic (even answering our frantic questions at 4-5am!). He was extremely diligent in making sure we got photos and videos of the place and surrounding areas, and helped coordinate all closing matters and kept us aligned to the closing schedule.If you're looking for any type of property in Hawaii, we would highly recommend Duc as your go-to person for all things real estate in Hawaii (yes, he knows much more beyond residential properties)!

I’ve worked with Duc before I even came to hawaii. I was stationed in SD in 2019 and I had orders to hawaii. I was put in contact with Duc and he worked hard for me before I even showed up on island. I believe he went to about 3-5 places and did videos for me while I was still in SD. When I landed in Hawaii I met up with Duc the next day to look at properties in November of 2019. I could not find a place to buy so I decided to rent for a year and get familiar with the island before buying. Duc agreed and offered me his services when I was ready. About 9 months later I reached out to Duc and told him I was ready and eager to buy. We looked at about 2 houses before we found the one in Kapolei. One of the things I liked about Duc is that he is super responsive no matter the time and if he doesn’t have the answer for you. He will get it and get it back to you ASAP. He cared for me and made sure my request were met and he also offered me advice and gave me guidance in the buying process since it was my first purchase. If I need to buy another property Duc will be the first I call. If I need advice on a property or investment. Duc will be the first I call.

From the moment we started working with Duc we knew he had our best interest in mind. He provided us with not only the resources to learn, but the time and focus to ensure we were making the right choice when moving to Hawaii. His can do attitude and superior knowledge of real estate investing and Oahu market analysis, made us feel comfortable that he was going to do everything he could to find us the home of our dreams.Our military move was pretty unordinary with the COVID-19 issues affecting the home buying process, but Duc was there every step of the way. He is not like any other realtor I’ve worked with in the past. Duc puts in the time and treats your home buying experience as if it I was his own. Any question we had, he would answer almost immediately or would work diligently to produce a easy to understand product for us to review.We ended up purchasing a condo, and with that Duc guided us through the pros and cons, condo documents, and investment potential of the home. We could not have been happier with Duc!! He even followed up with us afterward and took us out to dinner. I was referred to Duc from a friend. He's been helping for over a year. I stopped looking but continued to get the listings from him. After a few life changes, we went back at it. He was quick to answer questions day or night. We put in offers on multiple homes (crazy market) and he was always fast in getting a contract to me. I would definitely recommend Duc for a future home purchase.

I am by nature a big DIYer with anything you can think of. Fix my own cars, do my own yard, do my own home improvements, rental repairs etc... So it was only natural that selling my own rental fall in line with those abilities.I could not have been so wrong.Having Duc as our agent was the best decision we could have made in selling our property. His knowledge of the market, the use of new technologies to market our property coupled with his ability to coordinate the advertising, showing, buyer screening, and the numerous machinations that go on in a sale was calmly and confidently communicated throughout the entire process. Our apartment sold to a great young couple in less than a week!We most heartily recommend Duc to anyone thinking about selling or purchasing their next property, you will not be disappointed.
