Lots of services for all your printing, laminating, packaging needs.
Unfortunately their camera has been down and will be down indefinitely meaning all your passport needs cannot be met. They recommended a few places in the area with uncertainty.
Service was blunt and not very friendly.

Only 1 guy is working. The line is long and he busy chatting with the customer and ignoring the line. One customer was so upset and left after scolded the guy. Either hire more worker or please keep chatting to minimum.

Worse service I have ever received. Went to print some documents to this shop today April 18 2025 early afternoon and while printing I had some issues with some pages coming out on oversized pages and not 8.5 by 11. Asked for help and this Asian lady which appeared to be Chinese came and instead of helping and making me feel better since I spent money on those pages I could not used, she said to me that those are self service machines and she didn't tell me to use them. What a rude person and with no sense of customer service. She should not be working on a place like this.

Messy storefront, neither of the 2 workstation computers are working, the sole employee there seemed to be more occupied with taking care of some mundane task in the back then helping a customer. Not returning

A big FedEx but only one employee and their TV or radio is super loud! And he doesn’t even help people in the right order so if you’re here early you will be waiting for him to help people who got there after you

Apparently the counter person doesn’t like to wait on customers. Finally a person vacuuming walked behind the counter to help. He tried relaying my question to the counter person who doing apparently nothing and stayed 50 ft away looking disgusted that he was being asked. He stated that unless you bring your already designed banner or business card file, they can’t help you. What a worthless graphic service.

Well this is my first time using this location. The Parking is convenient. Also is close to ala moana , I don’t remember the name of the person who help me with my package, but he was great. Yesterday when I arrive he was alone. Picking up the phone the printing area and helping me. A lot of tags at the same time .
I’ll use this office in the future because is very convenient for me

It is no wonder this place has horrible reviews. There was no reason for the manager, out of all people, to be the rudest and short person over the phone. I could not get him to answer a very simple question related to timeframes for printing. Thankfully the manager at a nearby location was kind, competent, and was able to resolve my issue. Stay away from this place.

This place is more like an old fashion print shop with very low tech skills - everything got to be printed on paper before they know how to handle it. They can’t even scan a FedEx shipping label. And if you are going to send them files, they can only handle PDFs. FedEx needs to train the people in this location or upgrade the tech.
