Great company! My wife and I want to create a Japanese garden over part of our lawn. I visited the office in Kapaa Quarry and discussed the project. The office staff was very informative and helped with the gravel type selection and amount. It was suggested that I order between 14 and 15 tons so I ordered 14.5 tons. The estimate came out perfectly. I was concerned about delivery because I have a 60 yard long steep driveway. On delivery day I met the driver at the bottom, showed him photos of the top of the driveway and he told me, "no problem." He made it to the top, unloaded into two piles to make dispersing it easier and then backed down rather than drive on my grass. He was awesome. Totally recommend HC&D.

These guys are the best! We had previously had a very negative experience with another concrete company on island on a previous pour and were so impressed at how seamless and perfect our residential pour went with the use of HC&D today. From the very first call I made to dispatch, to the final product today, we could not have been any happier. We would like to especially acknowledge the two drivers who handled the pour for us this morning, Reginald G. and Hiram T. Both men were so kind and knowledgeable. They arrived perfectly on time and early, respectively. Both men are shining examples of customer service. These hardworking men speak volumes about the standards of your company. Thank you for providing not only a wonderful product, but wonderful service as well. We will never use another concrete company again. We are HC&D customers for life.
