Dale is one of the most trustworthy and dedicated sales consultants we have ever worked with. I was unsure whether to choose a hybrid, electric, or gasoline model, but Dale asked thoughtful questions about my daily driving habits, mileage, and usage, and even took detailed notes to help us identify the best fit. He let us test-drive multiple models and clearly explained the differences between them. Even when our visit extended past normal business hours, he remained patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable.
His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. From the first consultation to the final paperwork, Dale guided us through every step with care and expertise. Because of him, we felt confident and happy with our purchase.

It was an awesome experience!! They have a HUGE selection of brand new and pre owned. Pre owned cars are in excellent condition.
George B and Darren in finance were awesome and made the process so smooth! They both had so much patience through the whole process. since I flew from Maui it was harder to make a decision but I decided I won’t know unless I fly up to see and drive the car. George knew so much about the vehicle and very professional and easy going. But it was well worth it! Definitely referring to Mercedes of Honolulu! We can’t wait to receive our Mercedes!

Phenomenal Experience. Their sales team truly exude the Luxury car buying experience, I’ve been working with Kui for MANY years and there’s no one better! Fortunately for me, I had the luxury of working with Andrew Chen as well and these two compliment each other beautifully. It was a seamless car buying experience and to top it off I’ve probably had the BEST experience ever working with Mercedes’s Finance Manager- Dean Yokoyama. He is an amazing ambassador for the brand and careful walked me though my options - I didn’t feel pressured to add any extended warranties and maintenance plans. In the end, I opted to purchase all of my extended options because so felt comfortable and well informed to do so. There was “no shady” business feeling - which was nice.
