Don went above and beyond for my business..One of our Fleet Jeeps had been in an accident and and it was our first time with such an event. Don walked our business through everything, the issues, problems, delays in parts, everything! He would contact us every step of the way and let me know on a weekly basis how it was going and kept in contact with me personally by text. The vehicle came out perfect in the end, and although it took a while to get the vehicle back, that had nothing to do with Dons work, it was the delay in mainland parts and getting it to the a legal dealership back and forth. Our jeeps are our babies and Don took very good care of them...in the near future I plan on bringing the Jeeps to Don for little cosmetic work also because of the relationship we build during the fixing of our Jeep. I trust Prime Body & Paint and if I am going to give money to someone...Id prefer giving it to Prime Body & Paint! Mahalo DON!

I got into a wreck in my truck and Don took care of EVERYTHING. He made sure every damaged panel looked brand new after his repairs. We decided to paint my truck a new color, and he did an absolute amazing job. Don pays great attention to detail which results in a very flawless and professional paint job. He takes his time to make sure all panels are painted to the highest quality with help of his large and clean paint booth and top notch equipment. With Don’s artistic skills, he is also able to mix and create the EXACT paint color and finish that you desire. His paint mixing booth can create an ENDLESS amount of different colors and shades to suit ANY paint job you have in mind for your vehicle. If you are looking for the most quality paint job for your car on island, hands down Prime Body & Paint is the place to go. *Before and After pic*. Took a bit of time mainly because of how busy he was but was worth it in the end. Don did more than just a repair, he resealed everything and repainted the whole cab with a better quality paint than OEM. after i got the truck, just had a little A/C problem and notified Don and took it to the shop, only took 30min and fixed the problem FREE of charge! A Trusted business and an honest Mechanic! ask for Don! will do business again in the future!Services: Painting

Prime Body & Paint did amazing work on my truck at such a great price. I needed a repair after someone swiped my parked truck in a parking lot and left a corner of my bumper all scratched up. Not only were they able to schedule me immediately, but they also finished the repair in a day, and they gave me a loaner vehicle to use in the meantime. Knowing that my lease was ending soon on my truck, they also offered to wash, wax, and detail the truck for me, again at an great price. The service was excellent, the repairs were done very quickly, and my truck looked better than new when I picked it up. 100% satisfaction! Someone dented and scratched X5. Don, the owner of Prime Body & Paint, is very responsive. I called him on Thursday and was able to secure a time on Friday noon. The whole process took only 45 mins. Price is super affordable! I’m really happy
