I rarely leave reviews but I have to leave one for The Lash Room because Mio is hands down the best lash artist I’ve ever had. I especially like the lash style here. Mio’s lashes are natural, light, and comfortable unlike most other lashes I’ve come across which are too thick and have a spider-like look. If you’re looking for amazing lashes with incredible service you have to check this place out. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I don’t think the quality of lash service is worth $100 for just refill. I went here for a refill not even full set - the price is on the high end, the place is not that clean not in a great neighborhood and Mio was breathing in my face the whole time. I also though Mio was rude, I was asking her a few questions about the lash extensions since it was first time and her response was “do you want to do it or not”. A week later all of the lashes fell out and they were almost too thin so would get stuck in my eye and irritate it. Would not recommend.

Mio is wonderful, professional and an excellent lash technician. Absolutely love my lashes she put on, so natural. Will definitely go back and recommend!! Mahalo!!

I had the best time at this salon! She's so kind and you can tell she cares a lot about her clients. Lash perm looks great! Looks more natural than the extensions but adds so much and is super cute. Definitely coming back!!

Mio saved my life. Or literally, she saved my lashes. I'm not sure what happened but I literally spent almost $200 getting my lashes done on the mainland to have them come off despite my efforts of total lash care within 2 days (didn't wash for 24 hrs, brushed them, and used a fan to dry them after washing my face). I had bald patchy spots and looked like a demon. I was able to contact Mio via text and she was able to squeeze me last minute. After getting them done and doing proper lash care, let me tell you: her lashes are freaking amazing. They lasted after we went snorkeling, after the rain storm in combination with the humidity, and they lasted after getting a massage. She is the best. If she was in California, I would continue to go to her forever. If I need to get my lashes did and I'm in Oahu, I'm gonna contact her asap.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I don't think I'll be coming back here. Mio is very nice but this is one of the worst lash lifts I have ever gotten. I didn't say anything before I left but I feel like I felt like crying when I saw how bad they were. One side of my eye came out okay but my shorter lashes are very crimped, and the other side of my eye doesn't even look like anything was done to it. They aren't lifted, they're just going in different directions so it looks weird. I wish I could get my money back because it was not worth it at all.

I am so happy with my lashes~ I hadn't gotten lash extensions done before, but I just texted Mio, and she got back to me pretty quickly. Everything in the lash studio was very clean, and Mio was super nice and so fast! She had me done in about an hour. Also so affordable! 10/10 will be back again ^^Service: Eyelash enhancements

Best lash place ever! Let's just say 5 star service from the beginning. I never make reviews so that's how you know it was that good. I'm actually taking time to write this out. Anyway, mio responded quickly and took extra time to fit me into her busy schedule! I told her I had a meeting to attend if she could move my appointment up, but she finished so quickly I didn't even need to move it up! And the style is exactly how I wanted it. I got the hybrid 140 lashes, i asked for wispy with longer, curlier lashes at the end and I got EXACTLY that! If you like the classic, natural but glamorous look, this is the place to go! Thank you Mio! Will be coming back!

I came here while I came to visit here in Hawaii. I got my lashes done back in my hometown but half of the lashes fell out the next day. I found her here on yelp and I asked if she had time to squeeze me in for a lash appointment to fix the mess this previous lash technician did. She took me last minute and I was more than pleased with the results! If only I wasn't visiting Hawaii, I would 100% want Mio to do my lashes regularly. By far my favorite lashes I've ever gotten. They lasted 4 weeks and looked perfect. They withheld the harsh waves from the beach and being underwater. Not to mention, she finished the job quickly! Her room had a great ambiance and music. Super relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Mio is the only person I trust with my lash extensions! Amazing prices and amazing service! My lashes always look perfect and last for at least 4 weeks (with proper care). She is also incredibly fast!! Highly recommended!!

I texted Mio to see if she is able to do my eyelashes. I heard that she does more of the natural + hybrid style lashes, so I wanted to check it out. Mio was really good at responding back to my text message. It was really easy to make an appointment with her! She does give you directions on where to go and enter before going to her place. Parking is kind of tough around the area so if you don't mind walking for 5 minutes, I would suggest parking at Safeway and walking over to see Mio. When you arrive to her place, she really friendly and ask what type of lashes you want. I let her know I wanted more cat eyes and more lashes than 60 each side because that's what I got in Japan. She suggested instead of more lashes why not do hybrid. So i tried it out and the outcome was fantastic! It isn't over dramatic and it does make your eyes pop out more. I highly recommend Mio if you are looking for more Japanese style natural look as well as if you want a mixture of natural and hybrid. Her price is very reasonable too compare to many places I've seen online. :)
