Tom is reliable, trustworthhy, patient, persistent, hardworking and understanding. When buying a place with Tom he really wanted to make sure that we loved the place and talked to us honestly before we settled on a place we didn't love. He patiently worked with us until we found the right place for us. We of course wanted him as our realtor (we followed him wherever he went) when selling our place. We were out of state and he made sure everything was taken care of. He was persistent through all the ups and downs and always patiently answered all of our questions and concerns.

Tom helped us find our retirement house. We weren’t typical—a party of three owners (a couple + two singles, all family, spanning 2 generations), and most of us were off-island during the search, one all the way on the East Coast. Tom showed us many properties, looping the far party in via video. We always felt we were in his sights, and he continued to solicit feedback as we searched (and as we simultaneously narrowed our criteria). When we found The One, he gave me the most helpful advice early on a Monday morning, after a night spent wrestling with our potential offer. That and his suggested approach on the offer helped us get a house, now a home, that is uniquely suited to us. Throughout, Tom was unfailingly professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and when we needed it most, reassuring. Should we ever need, we’ll use Tom again.

We all know it is isn’t easy to purchase a home here in Hawaii, it helps he is a Veteran himself and knows how to navigate VA loans.
