What can I say. I just love Home Depot. I like that I can order plants from Florida to Hawaii and have them brought in by Home Depot without an extra fee. They just always seem to have what I need.

I can't even get thru on phone to ask about missing parts . All I want to do is get my parts or refund so I can go elsewhere.

Went in there to inquire about a utility trailer around 6 pm. Customer service was trying to get a manager out on the floor to help us but manager wasn't willing to talk with us in person. Customer service gave us the phone and we had to ask questions regarding the trailer over the phone which wasnt any help because all he said was to look on the home depot website. 2 stars for bad service!!!!

Aloha I go to Home Depot more often than Lowe's. Just moved here. Customer service is ok, but I have to say most of the people may not like their job here.I respect the help that I can get and I know I treat you in the same manner. At least acknowledge I have been waiting for help going on 10 min. in the paint department while you are working in front of me. On top of that , your manner needs addressed in being just nice! Mahalo

Ed in the Paint department was wonderful ! He was so helpful and patience. We were so stressed out because we have a vacation condo that we just purchased and have a very limited amount of time due to the factwe now live in the mainland and only have two weeks to makto get the place together and ready to rent.

I go here because they have Milwaukee. Otherwise Lowes is the place to be. Dirty parking lot. Trash and chickens everywhere. Nice staff. Maybe they they need more. Idk their operations.

Easily the worst Home Depot in the country. Staff ignores you when you're trying to get help. You can't get a live person on the phone to save your life so you had better plan on making the drive to Kahului to get any answers to your questions. They just don't care.

Went in on a Tuesday to "THE HOME DEPIT and saw the same salesperson who is a great guy (not mad at him at all). We say we are looking for a freezer. The salesperson finds one in stock and goes back to tag it for us. Comes back and we finalize the purchase with all the bells and whistles. (A microwave was purchased as well). DELIVERY was set for Thursday just two days away. Bought and paid for by me, no glitches in the system all was great. On DELIVERY day the salesperson calls and said he can't find the freezer. We told the salesperson the delivery company called and were on the way. The freezer never makes it to us. "SOMEONE ON THE MORNING OF DELIVERY CANCELLED MY PURCHASE AND LET SOMEONE WALK OUT WITH MY FREEZER." Well has to be a member of management that STOLE MY FREEZER AND SOLD IT (or who knows maybe the person was willing to pay more to the pocket of management). THE HOME DEPOT SHOULD BE REAL PROUD OF SUCH GREAT SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS FKN AHOLES

Horrid. Website is WRONG!! Says 5 in stock when they have none!! Ordered online. 5. U would think they would have 1. Someone took their time out of their day to pick it up. When I called 3 times, no one picked up. I will never shop here again!! Lowes here I come!!

Wonderful service from Vikki in appliances. I was lucky she was available as apparently only one person for department some hours. Nobody in flooring but someone else helped me and then took my number for call back, which I did receive same day.

Thank you to Carl in Appliances who gave great customer service today when I was trying to find something instore rather than waiting weeks for it to be shipped. Unfortunately Home Depot, Lowes, Costco and other appliance shops were all out and all waiting weeks for deliveries. Carl found one washing machine for me and went to check it was actually instore as well as on the computer inventory. Thanks for going the extra mile Carl, I appreciate it.

I placed an online order to be picked up curbside. I arrived, checked in, and called customer service to let them know I was there. An employee came out & told me they had no order & asked if I had already checked in. I let her know I had & she asked me to give her my order number. I had a mask on & she was standing about 10-12 feet away from me so when I gave her my order number she became very agitated and said she couldn't hear me. She came over to my car & took a pic of my order number but was irritated she had to make the effort. A few minutes later she came out & began to argue with me telling me I couldn't check in if I wasn't there. I couldn't even get a word in & she turned her back on me & walked away. I asked her several times what her name was & she ignored me & kept walking. Horrible experience. Perhaps she was having a bad day but no reason to act like a bully & be so unprofessional.

Shameful! Had a I was working on for my wife that I couldn't finish because the tool I bought wasn't working. Came back to ask if it was possible to return and would have been fine it they said no. I would've just trashed it. But the return agent felt the need to comment that I should have just rented the tool because apparently I just wanted it for this one project. Dude I have kept all of my other tools I bought from them except this one. So yes I'm obviously trying to pull one over on you.
