This past weekend, Home Depot Kahului sent out two of their workers “Barry & Chris” to remove a damaged fridge that “Island Movers” had delivered previously to my parents place. They were so kind and amazing and truly knew what customer service is.Seriously, stop using that 3rd party company “Island Movers” to deliver your products, they’re giving you guys bad rep. They are rude and inconsiderate and likes to argue with your customers!

Replaced a broken fridge but then delivery came in on Thursday all scratched up on and had to order another model. They told us it would come in another 2 more days, on paper it said will arrive on Saturday but on online it said Monday for delivery. I called customer service about it and they directed me to their delivery department but no one answered the phone.

I I could give zero stars I would. I just waited over three HOURS for “help” at the appliance department. Extremely understaffed. 10 parties waiting. On the website, it said there were 5 mini freezers IN STOCK at the store.When it was my turn, there were NONE. There was a different upright one on display, but none in stock and the floor model “couldn’t be sold”.I would say that this experience pretty much describes every visit I have ever had at this store. Very poor customer service. No help in the aisles. Frequently sent to the wrong place to find something.Contrast that with going to Lowe’s, almost next door. Two people on staff, no customers, floor models you can SEE, can buy, in and out in less than 10 minutes, and EXCELLENT customer service. Don’t bother with Home Depot. Go to Lowe’s!

I've been asking different team members over the past week for helpfinding a specific vacuum and was told you did not have it and that I could not order it.. Today I came into the store and Don from the paint department told me exactly where to find the item I was searching for which was a Ryobi cordless vacuum. I returned the other purchases from Ace. You need more people like Don to help your customers please. Rock Star status today June 6, 2022

I just tried to call Home Depot MAUI to report an urgent safety concern. I called five times. Never spoke to a single person. Got transferred about 40 times. That’s pretty bad. There is a Mattson trailer that is sticking out into the driving lane on the western exit of the parking lot. I almost rammed into it. It is black, so I couldn’t see it. I hope to God no one gets hurt. It’s pretty dangerous. And it’s kind of sad that I had to resort to posting it here. Normally I have a great experience at the store. I just hope someone in a position to do some thing gets this message and corrects the problem before someone get seriously hurt.

Horrid. Website is WRONG!! Says 5 in stock when they have none!! Ordered online. 5. U would think they would have 1. Someone took their time out of their day to pick it up. When I called 3 times, no one picked up. I will never shop here again!! Lowes here I come!!

No employees said a word to me while I was in the store. The place was a bit of a mess and had a tough time finding what I needed. Think I'll stick with Lowe's thank you.

Wonderful service from Vikki in appliances. I was lucky she was available as apparently only one person for department some hours. Nobody in flooring but someone else helped me and then took my number for call back, which I did receive same day.

Thank you to Carl in Appliances who gave great customer service today when I was trying to find something instore rather than waiting weeks for it to be shipped. Unfortunately Home Depot, Lowes, Costco and other appliance shops were all out and all waiting weeks for deliveries. Carl found one washing machine for me and went to check it was actually instore as well as on the computer inventory. Thanks for going the extra mile Carl, I appreciate it.

I placed an online order to be picked up curbside. I arrived, checked in, and called customer service to let them know I was there. An employee came out & told me they had no order & asked if I had already checked in. I let her know I had & she asked me to give her my order number. I had a mask on & she was standing about 10-12 feet away from me so when I gave her my order number she became very agitated and said she couldn't hear me. She came over to my car & took a pic of my order number but was irritated she had to make the effort. A few minutes later she came out & began to argue with me telling me I couldn't check in if I wasn't there. I couldn't even get a word in & she turned her back on me & walked away. I asked her several times what her name was & she ignored me & kept walking. Horrible experience. Perhaps she was having a bad day but no reason to act like a bully & be so unprofessional.

Shameful! Had a I was working on for my wife that I couldn't finish because the tool I bought wasn't working. Came back to ask if it was possible to return and would have been fine it they said no. I would've just trashed it. But the return agent felt the need to comment that I should have just rented the tool because apparently I just wanted it for this one project. Dude I have kept all of my other tools I bought from them except this one. So yes I'm obviously trying to pull one over on you.

It’s your typical Home Depot but this one seems to have a fewer variety of things but still poor customer service.I’ve been to many Home Depot locations and this one has one of the worst customer service. Home Depot service is usually not that great but I’ve been to this one almost every day for a week and it’s more not good than good. The guys helping to load are really helpful but the people in the isles seem like you are disturbing them when you ask a question. I even think I caught the window guy taking a nap at the desk.
