So happy! I have been to Pacific Auto twice, the first time was a great experience. It was during the Covid outbreak. Everyone there was very aware of the uneasiness, and I was treated with respect. The second time I arrived = same thing. The upmost respect and courtesy. Now, for the work I had done, it was on my air conditioner. I will keep it short. Immediately after they found the problem I was informed with the issue and the price. No waiver after the repairs. Basically no fuss no muss. I am extremely happy with their performance and will go again next time I'm in need!
