Amazing customer service and professionalism. Luis [store manager] was of great assistance upon my visit. I had many questions of the supplements I was looking to purchase and he answered all without hesitation. Backed with his background of expertise in sports nutrition he explained everything with science & logic. Great store with great leadership. Much mahalo to Luis! Thank you.

Malls of all sizes are going thru major changes as traditional retail loses ground to online commerce. Queen Ka'ahumanu Mall is trying hard to keep its retail stores and add new business and events to make it a worthwhile destination for locals and tourists alike. Anchored by Macy's and Sears, with a multi screen movie theatre, food court ,two stand alone restaurants, along with mainland retail chains and locally owned stores it serves all the people of Maui not just Tourists. Under cover yet open to the cooling trades they have regular farmers markets and all kinds of live entertainment in the central hub . Check out schedules at the desk under the escalators or online . Visitors will find comfortable seating and free WiFi and charging stations along the central mall when the you need a break from shopping. I really wish they could find more retail tenets . I was pleasantly surprised to see a fepop ups see a few new pop ups and a furniture store on my last visit.

the Queen Kaahumanu Shopping Center's Management does not care. I purchased a $20 gift card from the mall, but when I went to use it, the automated phone system, said it didn't recognize the card number. I took it to the management office, and the manager Kabela (spelling? no name tag, no introduction offered) said too bad! And, the mall is filthy! the children's play area is run down, dirty, and broken. the restrooms arr disgusting. it's a dump

We were looking for a place to kill time before heading back to the airport. Wanted something indoor so we could stay cool and this place seemed like the best option. They have decent stores and a good food court and it served its purpose.

Its a pretty nice mall with an interesting selection of stores. The day we came there was some kind of outdoor market. We went to Zumiez(), we went to fun factory (), and then to Mac in Macy's (- the worker was nice- just didn't have the product I needed).

During my past visits to Maui, I've passed by the Queen Ka'ahumanu Center a number of times but hadn't bothered to go explore inside the mall. There are a variety of mainstream and family-owned shops, and the food court is on the smaller second level. Plus, there are a number of community events and entertainment hosted by the center on a daily basis.

Queen Ka'ahumanu Center was fine. We visited this mall in an attempt to rent scooters to ride around the island, but it turns out the scooter rental spot that is still listed online and on all of the mall signage had actually moved out a couple of months prior. So, that wasn't great. We didn't spend much time here after finding out the scooter place had moved, but we walked around a bit before figuring that out, and overall this seemed like a fairly typical mall. It was neat that they were having live entertainment in the middle of the mall while we were there. They had seating, and a stage, and a live band performing traditional Hawaiian music. It was pretty cool! If you're in this area and looking for a mall shopping trip, I think this spot would be fine.

I tried to find methl based b-12 as I was just informed after my blood test I was slightly Folate Deficient on two test parameters.. After research, the methl based b-12 is absorbed better than the synthetic cylo based B-12. They do have it , but not in in pill or capsule form. I don't want the lozenge. So I ll keep looking. She suggested Whole Foods or Amazon Prime. Mahalo

How can one of the major shopping malls on Maui let their air conditioning system go out on what could very well be a record setting high temperature day?! Its horrible to come to shop and get out of the heat only to find just about every store without air conditioning. The poor sales people that are sweating it out need to be comended. In talking to some of the tenants, the air conditioning has been down since Monday. Also, no notice was given to the stores about the situation until Friday afternoon. Shame on you Queen Kaahumanu Center you need to do better in keeping your tenants informed.

We had so much fun visiting the mall. They had a craft fair the last day we visited Maui and also had hula dancers. The mall has lots of unique stores for those who seek local goods such as lauhala bracelets, Hawaiian shirts and more. Parking is plenty and Restaurants are abundant.

This is a semi covered outdoor mall which has a lot of staple retail chain stores like Macy's and other clothing shops as well as many other retailers. The children's play area is complimentary (take your child's shoe's off 'tho) and fun for kids of young ages. Be sure to bring your own sanitizer and wipes to clean your kid's to avoid germs 'tho, it's a smart safety precaution. I liked this mall because we came on a rainy day on Maui and had time to kill. There did lack the energy of a typical retail mall (at least as found in the mainland in metropolitan cities like Los Angeles), and was kinda dead when we went. Parking was easy.

I heard that this was the largest shopping mall in Maui, so I stopped by just to waste some time. Surprisingly, this place was mainly filled with locals (very few tourists) and was pretty empty when I was there. It is not huge but had a good mix of both nationwide chain stores and locally owned boutiques, with Macy's and Sears being the largest. There is also a large multiplex movie theater on the top floor that appeared to be pretty popular. Ala Moana Center on Oahu is much, much bigger in comparison, but this place is more than adequate if you are in Maui.

The most friendly staff working the entire mall that I ever met in my life! I want to move here after coming to this place. I just enjoyed that experience. People are genuinely kind and authentic to be around. I was loving that more than anything else. I know a mall is a mall. But I had a lovely time being in this one. Plus, I caught the after Christmas sales!!!! Almost needed another bag to bring home. They do have Luau dancing once a week. I didn't go to it, but it sounded like fun. The mall is open air but covered so you don't get wet from the rain. We had a flash flood rain pour while there and stayed nice and dry under the main shopping area. There's a great arcade machine area for kids, a movie theater, and a food court with two enclosed sides. Seating is in the open area in the middle. Keep in mind to please do not use straws to protect our wild life from unnecessary one use plastics.
