Great poke! This place has so much and more! Whether you want to try something you've never had to a purely carnivore meal, you won't be disappointed. Foodland rocks!

They had everything I wanted...which is saying a lot when you live on Maui. Service was excellent. Now if only the prices would come back down...

The poke selection here is UNREAL. By far the best spot for poke on this side of the island

Love this grocery store! We always make a stop when on the island. The masubi is delicious and they always have good deals on drinks and snacks. Great place to pick up an affordable quick meal

This was our first stop after landing and our last stop before our flight back home - glad that it's minutes away from the airport! Their poke selection is plentiful but a bit more expensive compared to other Foodland locations. However, it is very fresh and delicious and they season your rice with furikake! We stocked up on spam musubis and chicken musubis for our flight too!

This location really caters to the locals. Quality/Quantity - Plenty of hot food choices, even pre packaged catering trays!! Locals love to have a party! Ohana! Also, this location has the independent Oki's Seafood Corner, seafood department; see all my pictures. Nice to have even more local poke flavors.Weekly specials, see picture. Atmosphere - Plenty of parking.Hot deli, bakery, sushi (limited due to the GREAT poke bar), local craft ice cold beer, "made local" section, etc. Service - Good. Price - Good. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1948 with 34+ locations. Largest and oldest supermarket chain in HI. WOW! Foodland has great poke at such an affordable price. The rice was mediocre but the poke was 10/10. I highly recommend trying a few different options because that way you get to test the different combinations out (something like shoyu /something creamy/ something spicy). Great place to pickup some food to have a picnic. Highly recommend stopping by!

This local super market is an absolute gem and I wouldnt go anywhere else if you're going grocery shopping. They have a great selection of local items (candy, snacks, butter mochi, spam musubi). As many have mentioned they also have some of the best poke . . . the fun part for us was they have easily 9 different kinds so it was nice to have options to try and choose from all week.

Came back for the poke. Got two poke bowls that come with 2 types of poke and a scoop of rice ($12). Can't go wrong with choosing the poke that looks like it is about the run out. The salmon shoyu was good. The fresh tuna poke with sea beans was so-so. The kimchi poke was interesting! The fresh tuna shoyu poke was also good. The supermarket itself was decent, with a lot of fresh food and selection. I also picked some crab inari from the sushi section (a bit too cold), but very affordable.

Poke at Foodland beats all poke from restaurants! The poke here is so good, especially after a long flight. The prices are right and you can get a variety of poke for a decent price! I recommend getting a bag of Maui chips and eating it together with the ahi tuna. My favorite was the scallops which were so flavorful!!

It's so amazing that you can find such good poke in a grocery store! There was a wide selection of yummy poke (they even had salmon!) and the price was amazing (compared to the mainland). Fish runs about $14-18 per pound and they do a poke platter which includes rice and your choice of two types of fish.

I always love foodland:) their prices is a bit cheaper than other grocery store :) beside that they have rewards if your makaii member. They also deduct the bag you have with you to the total of your grocery. There are times that they have promo that will fit your budget. So far i enjoy buying my food there.

We just went tonight and and as we approached the dairy department we was greeted and they were really friendly and good customer service (telling us about the sale and what we can get with the Maika'i Rewards), but as we went to the check out isle, we had two different transactions so we went to the express lane, but the cashier (young female lady not sure of her name) was so rude with no personality and didn't want to help us and told us to go to a different lane to pay for our groceries even though we told her we had two different transactions. I would of gave her a one star, the dairy department a five because of the customer service that we received in the dairy department. Anyways, it's closer to where we live and convenient. We love Oki's Seafood. They're the best and great customer service. Hard working and hustle. Great variety of selections of poke, saishimi, fish, etc. Overall, a four star, because of that cashier. I would of gave a five star if we wasn't treated poorly and if she had a better personality and customer service.
