Terrible experience working with these folks. Came in and was given a diagnosis for my car, made an appointment to return. When I return the manager said they forgot to order the part and let me know, then they turned me away. Never got a call back when the part arrived had to go back in on my own time to see where we were with the part. Management wasn't able to source it due to their strained relationship with Kia across the street. They never contacted me to inform me, strung me along at least 4 separate times. Not to mention the manager was an awful person so unpleasant to deal with. I even saw him go to the Parking lot ordering people not to park by their shop. Looked like he was harrassing a few women. I will never go back here. Scary business practices.

I was ready to purchase tires, but after being talked down to in a very condescending way by the man who answered the phone, I decided to take my business somewhere else. It frustrates me when a weak man will talk down to a woman in a way that they would never do to another man.

Awful!! Waited 10 minutes at the counter with no one in sight only for a man to finally come out and just stare at me with a look like I just broke into his home and he didn’t know why I was there lmao. No hello or anything just a stare like he wanted to fight me? When I said I was here to pick up my vehicle that was towed there he said “What? I don’t know anything about that. I don’t know what’s going on with your vehicle” OK? He finally found the keys and when I asked where it was he acted as if I was crazy and said “Lady I don’t know where your vehicle is or what’s going on with it” Sir who else am I supposed to ask?! Such a bizarre experience and the dude acted as if he was ready to fight when he was at work, very rude and aggressive when I was literally just picking up my car. Apparently don’t ask employees working at the shop your car was towed to where it is or what’s wrong with it because that isn’t part of their job description to know.

Awful!! I checked to make sure I was in fact inside of a Firestone and not an ice cream shop because he seemed upset that I had the audacity to be there to pick up a vehicle that they had just called me about to tell me was ready. I've gotten warmer greetings at the DMV.Apparently don't ask employees working at the shop your car was serviced at where it is parked or what's wrong with it because that isn't part of their job description to know.

Excellent! Excellent service!!!!We are here visiting our daughter on the island and unfortunately had a flat tire. We went to Midas and the customer service was just awful. We left and went to Firestone. Although, Firestone was higher priced than Midas, we received excellent service from Kyle, the store manager. He was very understanding and helpful. They took us right in and had our car ready to go within an hour. Thank you, Kyle for taking such great care of us!!!! Will definitely use this location again!Service: Tires

Don't stop there, don't even slow down! The worst experience I EVER had with ANY business. I bought four tires at TireRack.com and had it shipped directly to this place since it was their recommended installer. I made a 10AM appointment for the service, which was quoted $106.40 on the web site, and confirmed by e-mail too. When I showed up they said it will be $290.00, and they said they don't care about TireRack.com, or what the web site said, they can charge whatever they want to. If I don't like it I can take my tires wherever I want to! (They actually repeated this several times!)The Store Manager ("Kyle") also said they don't like people who have tires shipped there anyway, and my car will be ready by the end of the day! (He wasn't just unprofessional, he actually was very rude!) They didn't care about my scheduled appointment either! I really had no choice, the tires were already there, and I drove 30 miles there based on the TireRack.com "Recommended Installer" status.My car was eventually done by 3PM, five hours later! I am in a process of contacting both TireRack.com and Firestone Corporate Headquarters to pursue this matter further.BTW, I didn't notice it until I got home, they replaced my BMW-branded tire valve caps I had on the old tires with cheap plastic ones! Obviously, I was not going to drive 60 miles R/T back there about it. Needless to say, I will share my experience with this business with everybody, and I NEVER EVER will set foot at this place again!

STAY AWAY! NO EMPLOYEES NO SMILES TERRIBLE MANAGER CARLOS YIKESI had an appt for an alignment, for I paid for this service when I got tires, and for two months, I can't get my alignment. Lila, very nice young gal, made a appt for me for today, I forgot the time, so at 7:30am I called and got Carlos before he had coffee I bet. I asked what time, he said walk ins only, I asked what time I had, he said no appts, no mechanics, no work, but walkin. Not only do I drop my cars off, I go to my friends Nail Salon on same block, Beer at the Dolphin Spit and share all my woes with my friends at the Pizza Place, Just lost that whole business, Maybe I should pickit too? Anyway I said I had several appts, and really need it done, Mr. Wonderful got mean and nasty and 730am??? I didn't receive a cancel call??? So yell at a customer? Keep your family problems at home dude. So I hung up. Ten minutes later, Carlos the Wonderful manager calls and is mean again???? There is startbucks up the street. And he tells me I am no longer welcomed and I'll get a refund? Does Carlos know what to refund, who will give Mr. Mean authorization? Think it might have been better to call the DM instead of Corporate? Training. FYI I just had my first Chemo Session last week, feeling a bit tired and quiet, first time out all week and I get Carlos. Common sense, and Whoa, Firestone needs to change to a bar, since that will draw in business, lunch and dinner and smiles. I call just now and asked lila for the District Managers number, and Mr. Wonderful got on the far and was just mean and rude and I didn't get the number, and called back and lila said Mr. Carols wouldn't give it to me so here I type as Lila directed me. I hope Lila never has to deal with Mr Wonderful's mean side, but I doubt it LILA STAND UP FOR YOURSELF. I will also contact Firestone's Main; as well as the past issues I had with the other mgr and head mechanic who stole, tore the video cameras off the wall and missing tires................. sounds like a change in venue is warranted. And I had issues with my cars sitting in the parking lot for two weeks while they did inventory, !!!! Isn't this a wonder start they bring back an old manager, and he's just so WONDERFUL good future, good luck, see you in small claims. Ive been a customers since 2015! Thanks Carlos, your the #1 bomb dianeH Everyone needs to report there past losses, it was a mess in there and no rainbows, but what great real estate for a real business, take it away Firestone, you do such a wonderful service NOT. This place hasn't been able to hire decent people in two or so years, time to goooogooogooo John was great and he hated that job..... and the phone was actually answered most of the time.

Another one of those stores at the refuses to do work unless they rip you off. They charge you for doing a TPS sensor change, TPS is a tire pressure sensor. They say they have to because there is a Rubber seal on it that will go bad and it will leak from. That is a falsehood that will only happen if they replace the valve stem. So if they don't replace the valve stem then it will not leak. Another one of those stores that just wants to rip you off. There is no reason for them to require you to pay for something that you don't need. Do not go here especially when the manager is obviously happy about ripping you off.

Great customer service. The manager was very straightforward and honest with me about the tires I wanted to buy from him to put on my car. For reference, I have very odd size tires that I cannot find anywhere on island. I was in desperate need of tires so I looked on some online forums to see what tire size I can go up to that would work for my car. The consensus with other drivers of my same make year model car said a tire size so I asked firestone to put those tires on. He could have just sold me the tire but instead he stopped me from making a huge mistake! Thank you for your kuleana.

Their lifetime membership for tire alignments will end soon. They don’t even call to let me know that they can’t work on my vehicle. They got my number and email. Would never use Firestone ever again unless they were the last place open on the island.

Not only is this place so short-staff they never answer the phone. But they're very unprofessional had new tires put on and when I picked up my car it turns out they were having a picnic in it leaving there half used cans of monster and Crumbs from their food all over the place unacceptable

Workers never answer the phone at all , need to call over 100 times to even get in touch with them??? and once they finally answer they have bad attitude -,, VERY LAZY STAFF ,, GO TO LEX BRODIES INSTEADPs. I JUST UPDATED MY REVIEW IM STILL CALLING AND NO ONE ANSWERS?????Service: Wheel alignment

Won't answer phone. Can't book online. Nobody in 9ffice. Made 8am appt. Nobody in office. Went back 5 times. Got quoted $67 for brake flush honoring online coupon but nobody to do work. Just rescheduled was told now $111. Im frustrated & disappointed. I know we have a shortage of workers but such poor customer service
