craftsman did a good job restoring my car, damaged by a truck that backed into the driver side front. the paint is nicely matched (you have to look very closely to notice a difference in non repaired and repaired) and they completed the work within the week promised. this is the second car estimated by kraftsman and the first repaired. they are my first choice in body shop. estimator don is superb and the company is quite professional. 5 stars out of 5 from me.

This is not the first time that I was lucky enough to be serviced by Kraftsman. As before, they did an excellent job. From the time the parts were ordered, to the time of completion, I was updated on their progress routinely. My car looks brand new. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you to the whole team for an outstanding job. As much as I am pleased, I hope not having to use Kraftsman, again. ?

Was very easy process. They handled the insurance adjuster an we had no worries.. Had other companies tell us we don’t work with your insurance and so on…. So very nice experience

You folks did an awesome job fixing my vehicle. Took longer than expected but you found a couple of things that needed repairs and ordered the parts you needed and did it right. Thank you so very much and will highly recommend you to anyone that I meet that needs repairs to their vehicle and I see quite a few people with me being a cashier at Walmart. Thank you for taking great pride in your work.

I accidentally damaged my vehicle after work one evening, and after filing a claim with my insurance, was directed to Kraftsman. It took some time to get the parts in for the repair, but they were very professional and helpful throughout the process. I am happy to recommend them, and I am really happy to have my vehicle all fixed up!

The staff were excellent in every way. My car looks amazing! They also helped me with information on how to deal with the insurance. The insurance tried to block what was needed.
Kraftsman were forthcoming, good communication and a good ally for the customer. I HIGHLY recommend this great company.
