I have been a customer of theirs for more than 3 years. I have always had a pleasant experience when working with Nieves and Joy. However, recently I have had to deal with Fidel. He never answers the phone and when he says he will call you back he never does. He also forgets who I am and why I’m calling when I’ve talked to him multiple times about the same thing. Never had this issue with Nieves or Joy! Fidel also took 2 weeks to even start or look at my application and that’s only after I called him consistently non stop. Each time I called he always said he was with a customer and would call me back. Two days pass and he still did not call me back. Just horrible customer service. Sorry to leave a bad review but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with one main.

One Main Financial Lied about the rate of the loan they offered. They offered a loan rate under ten percent and then when it is time to sign the paperwork it was over twenty eight percent. Loan sharks give better rates! If I did not need that much cash that day to bury my mother, I would have walked away from such a predatory loan. I would never recommend One Main to my worst enemy.

I worked with Navis in the Kona branch. She worked really hard on getting me a loan and tried her best to get a lower rate for me .She took her time with me .She made me feel very comfortable.

Signed up through credit karma as a suggested loan. I was pre-approves for a secured loan. Filled out the application put my $25,000 dollar car as collateral for a $2400 secured loan for the sole purpose of building my credit score. They never got back to me I had to call in and get a update on the application myself. When I called in they wasted an hour of my time asking questions then they asked for proof of income. I asked why I needed proof of income if I was pre-approved and I had 10x the loan amount in collateral. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said they would call in and take off the hard inquiry that they put on my credit score for no reason. They informed me that someone would call me from the corporate office. that never happened. They wasted my time and damaged my credit score. they also falsely advertised on credit karma that I was preaproved. Stay away from this company, your credit score is valuable and they don’t seem to care about that

What a joke! I kept getting calls asking me the same questions over and over again. Get it right people it's not rocket science! I rather get denied right away then get approved and be constantly harassed. If I have to repeat myself one more time; like where I work after I sent a pay stub I'm going to go crazy. Canceled my loan here because of ho disorganized they are. If they can't get it together in the beginning why would I trust them to keep track of my loan later on? No way.
