The live chat help function was quick, easy to use, and assistance was provided immediately. I was originally confused with all the drop down information required and weary about prepaying. However, everything went smoothly. They were able to communicate the expected timeline, provide assistance with ensuring our PCR test was completed on time. They even expedited registration and created a profile as we were communicating via chat.

Low rating because their registration form is riddled with so many questions. We provided our insurance information on the form, but still had to pay for the test because we supposedly "didn't meet" the criteria on the form (but we didn't received a copy of our responses or an attached invoice), when I'm sure we declared that we may have been exposed. Charged $200. I would recommend going somewhere else that is truly free and doesn't charge you up front, because they won't refund you.

Registration was long and a bit confusing to not have to pay $150. Took test Wednesday at 3:30, got results Thursday as 10pm. I would've liked results sooner.

Took almost two days, way past the 32 hour mark just to get the Patient Portal login e-mail. I feel like ya'll could take a page out of Capture Diagnostics playbook when it comes to a mobile-friendly portal set-up as well as timeliness with patient correspondence and results. Their appointment registration is also utilized as the patient portal login. One login, one code. No nonsense where you have to register multiple times with two different registration codes and wait days just to register the patient portal account. Actual results within the 24 hour time frame and no ridiculous surcharge to the patient. It's crazy the utter difference in quality of service.Update:Officially past the 48 hour mark since the sample was collected and still no results available. A representative I spoke to on the phone said results would be available within five hours of our phone call, the sixth hour has now passed.

The service is useful because it is required. The employee told us that all results can be downloaded onto iPhone as pdf to be uploaded to safe travels Hawaii. She was incorrect. The current iOS does not allow. We had to work around it by downloading a browser other than safari to open the results then screen shop and crop the results and then use a file converter to convert it to a pdf. She told us safe travels would only accept a pdf. So, that was fun.I would never choose to do business with this company otherwise. They are intentionally holding result times hostage in exchange for a $150 fee thanks to governor ige. If you have anywhere to be that requires a timely result, they will not guarantee the result in any reasonable time. Even healthcare workers requiring timely results to fly home must pay the fee. It’s apparent they are intentionally deprioritizing anybody who wants to get tested per the requirements of the CARES act. It’s a real shame that the governor supports an unscrupulous practice like this. It is clearly a money making scheme. To this point I have been tested negative 3 times and still requiring a $150 test to make my last stop before returning home. Way to take advantage of the situation! I feel very sorry for residents trying to visit family members on other islands and having to contribute to the “governors covid fund” every time they want to skip islands!

This business’s decision to hide their tax ID from customers trying to submit a claim for insurance stinks of potential tax fraud. It is not their decision as to whether your insurance gets to pay you or not. I will be submitting a complaint to the IRS and I’m sure they’ll be ecstatic to investigate.

Very unkind. I needed to make an account in order to receive COVID-19 test result. In addition, the test result from this S&G Labs was invalid and rejected by the State of Hawaii. I don’t understand it.I went to the Urgent Care Hawaii which was one of Hawaii’s trusted testing partners but the result came from this S&G Labs. S&G should have included the fact that the swab test was done at the Urgent Care Hawaii. Although I had test negative, I’ve been still quarantined for 8 days. If I knew I had to quarantine for this long, I would not spend $150 for testing.

I have had to take a few last minute Covid tests, for travel, exposure, and my most recent for symptoms I had relating to Covid. The registration online is easy. You show up with you appointment and they check your ID, Insurance, come to your car, or in some cases you come inside, the swab is quick, and you are out in less than 5 minutes. I suppose not everyone will have this experience, but all of my family members had this experience. The techs were kind, and efficient. Will continue to return here with no doubt for testing instead of waiting in the hours long lines at Urgent Care!

Won’t give you the tax I’d so your insurance can pay you back for the Covid test. Instead of just saying they won’t bill your insurance they should also state they won’t give you the critical information needed by your insurance so you can submit the claim. They know you need that information but they don’t put it on their invoice. A bunch of thieves
