It started out with being told that there were no openings for the day. As we were scheduling an appointment for two days from now I checked in online and they called me the second I hit send. Just a communication problem? The stylist was wonderful and did such a great job with my hair. I am new to the Island and the humidity. She worked with my ideas and she kept the humidity in mind as I was set up for success in the new climate. My wife said that I was super cute!! So… job well done except for the check in.

Eva at Supercuts gave me a great haircut! I just came in for a trim and she was very careful not to trim too much off. She also layered the front to give me more style.

The facilities itself was very clean even spotless. I was immediately greeted respectfully and with much Aloha. The staff and people made me feel like I was wanted to be there and they all were very grateful that I chose what I consider to be the best facility in the business. The quality of work was second to none and very professionally done. I will not go anywhere else to cut my hair no matter the cost. No one can exceed supercuts in Kailua Kona bar none. I am a life long customer.
