These guys were absolute pros! They showed up on time and worked very efficiently moving the Kona Impact office to a new location. They moved a 500lb printer and several other large machines with great care and precision. I would certainly recommend them to others, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Five stars!

Delivery was communicated well from main office to delivery guys on the truck. Alex, Jake, and Elijah were professional and super kind! Hard to find nowadays. I will not hesitate to use them again.

We moved our household belongings and some very expensive art from the Big Island to the mainland on fairly short notice and White Gloves did an outstanding job every step of the way! Kraig and the team did a fantastic job packing everything up with as much or better care than we would have ourselves. For some big heavy art pieces, they put together custom wood frame crates that would make a museum proud. From there, they arranged everything for the shipping to the mainland. This was something we were quite intimidated by, but the White Gloves team has it mastered and made it so easy! They set up the shipping via Matson by barge to Honolulu and then Los Angeles. From there by rail to our final city. They even had it set up for the local trucking company to pick it up from the rail depot to take it to a local storage place for us. When we said we did not know of any local storage companies (in Utah!), White Gloves found several for us to choose from. They were simply amazing. Then during the shipping process, they kept us informed every step of the way (eg. it's in Honolulu....now LA...now rail..Your ETA is now xxx). Then when we opened the shipping container to unpack it; it was so beautifully packed - rock solid. Everything remained perfectly in place throughout the entire process! Note the 2x4 bracing preventing all the boxes from shifting. Ingenious. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. White Gloves came highly recommended and far exceeded even those expectations!

In 2003 I needed to move from Island of Hawai'i to Oahu and tried out this company. I was so impressed that I also hired them to unload on Oahu. Nothing was broken. (I did my own packing tho) Not only did I fully trust everyone but loved all these guys so much ... they made moving fun!

I normally do not give reviews, but I am making an exception. THESE GUYS ARE OUTSTANDING!! Very professional all the way around. Tina from the office went over all pricing and details on her confirmation call. No hidden fees, it was exactly what I was quoted. Alex and Kamuela showed up exactly on time and did an amazing job! Very professional service and nice guys too. I highly recommend!!!

Almost everyone I've known that has used them has been extremely happy with White Gloves. I had a recent situation where I needed something moved the next day and WG came to the rescue. I was very impressed with everyone from the owner to the guys doing the moving. These days with everyone being shorthanded it says something when you have a well trained staff that is responsive and pleasant to deal with. They will be my go to for this sort of project in the future! Not inexpensive but definitely worth it.

These guys were over the top! Absolutely, genuine,great service. I've used them in the past, but this time, when the one guy offered to install the glass shelves in the display case that they had just moved in, I was extremely surprised and impressed. 6 stars!

We used White Glove for a difficult move (26 stairs to upper level of home). Our wonderful movers were Koa, Gabe, AMU, and Rhasean. Wow, were they fantastic! Careful with furniture, polite, helpful, friendly and careful with masks. They completed our difficult move with smiles, and not one item damaged in any way, even freshly painted walls. I highly recommend White Gloves Moving. Mahalo to you guys!

White gloves was highly recommended to me and they definitely lived up to that recommendation. They were on time, respectful of our home and belongings, hard working and efficient. The crew that did our job were fantastic and I would most definitely use this company again.

Kraig and his team were fantastic. We moved from Kona to the mainland as COVID cases began to increase on the Big Island. It was a stressful time for all and the job went without a hitch. Hina, the office contact, was responsive to emails, calls and checked in with us when we arrived to see how it all went. White Glove Movers helped coordinate the long ocean trip up to Seattle and down to Portland via truck, too. Not a single item was damaged or broken! We were pleasantly surprised. My only suggestion? A nice FAQ email with timelines for each step, contact numbers and names for each leg of the journey. If you have recommended container off loaders for key mainland cities (Portland, Seattle, etc.), that'd be great, too.Mahalo!!Kai
