They never answer the phones and to make an appt is like going in circles and never talking to anybody. They need to fix the phone dial. Worse place to go for care as nothing is available even for months out.

McDonalds down the road has better customer service,the best in the business is the polar opposite of the amount of times they pick up the phone, or treat you poorly.

Honestly this place is horrible ! I don’t know how it’s still open . They NEVER answer their phone ! EVER!!! And the wait time is ridiculous! Hours waiting for SOMEONE to answer …. If I could give a zero star I would.

I've always had great care, friendly help from staff, and pretty timely processing on prescriptions. Any delays in appointment time have been made clear to me and I've been updated regularly instead of wondering if I've been forgotten about.

Far from what they call themselves “Best in the business”. No one answers the phones, and if you’re lost or need help in this building you’ll be pointed to another area and be sent on a wild goose chase. No one will take the time to help you. It’s disgusting that they call themselves professionals. It’s sad I gave them 1 star cause that means they did something good, which they didn’t if I could give 0 stars I would, but what does it matter they won’t take the time to read these reviews. ?

Unprofessional staff, never answers the telephone. EVER. Nearest available appointments are at least 3 weeks out. You’d have better luck getting medical care at a gas station

Of the 4 times I have tried to get a prescription filed there, they haven't had it in stock. Very basic medications like antibiotics. They tell me I have to drive to tripler instead to get it filled.
