If you have been looking for a Birkenstock sandal, you have to go there because they have the largest selection from every store that carries this brand. When you find a shoe store that carries Birkenstock, they are limited with sizes, style and color. So you have to check this little store that has a HUGE selection...and more comfy foot wear! The staff is also very nice, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! They can also order/mail for free from their other locations on the other islands if they don't have your size or style.

Took my Son today 12/26 to look for a specific color Arizona style, as soon as we walked in we were nicely greeted by a wonderful lady & asked if we were looking for anything in particular, we let her know exactly what we wanted, it was not on display but she looked in the back and found exactly what we needed. She was very knowledgeable and was wonderful helping us. We will definitely come back for future purchases?

One of the only places on island that consistently has Chacos in stock, though size availability varies due to supply chain issues. Very friendly and helpful sales staff, away from tourist hotspot areas so it never seems crowded despite the small size.

Small little store in a small little gas station strip mall. The store has mostly Birkenstock, teva, and working boots. I got a pair of Birkenstock for my mom but wasn't sure of the size. So I guessed and the lady said it would be an easy exchange with a gift receipt if it didn't fit. We did need to do an exchange and it was super easy to do an exchange. Pricing on Birkenstock is around $100 a pair but they also had a sale section which is rare for Birkenstock. The sales rep was nice and helpful on sizing too.

The lack of service in this store is pathetic. We came in and were the only ones in the store and weren't greeted, but treated as if we were a huge inconvenience to their store to be purchasing a $125 pair of birks. The employee was very short with us and agitated to have to answer our questions. Never again will I come here.we'll be going back to Nordstrom for our Burke. Would give a zero if we could. At the store on Dec 28th in early afternoon.

I bought two pairs of Birkenstocks here yesterday and the customer service provided by the saleswoman was excellent. Plus, they can order from their other location if they don't have certain styles in stock. My feet were screaming at me from wearing unsupportive shoes for the last year and now I finally feel like I am back on track.
