Do not shop here if you have a child with you OR you like to try on clothes before you buy them.I've been shopping here for years and have given this store hundreds of my dollars. very happy customer until today.Trying to find a bikini for this weekend so I go in with my very active two year old. Bikinis come in two pieces in case anyone is confused. Supervisor on duty, Hunter, treats me like I'm there to try and steal something from the dressing room. Told I'm only allowed 3 pieces... so 1.5 bikinis at a time and remaining pieces kept at the register. Hardly any customers in the store but they're too busy to bring me pieces once I'm done. So in order to find something to buy from this store I need to change multiple times and go to the register with a two year old? Seriously? When I did come out after trying on only 1 bikini there were 3 staff members, not including Hunter, just standing behind the register chatting. What kind of customer service is this? HIC, reconsider the type of people you put in charge of your stores.

Poor customer service on the side that has surf boards and wetsuits. Young men didn’t help at all and stood around talking to each other. I even tried to talk to them and got a short answer. I got the impression I was bothering them all. Won’t go back.

Needed a bikini for me and a rash guard for my son. It was a beautiful day so we didn't have time to waste checking out different shops. The selection is excellent and it's well organized. There's a fitting room to try before you buy. There's a 30 refund policy if you need it. They have little girl swim gear too! There was a great sale on Roxy swimwear at 50% so I was stoked! Staff was kind and helpful to. They'd get perfect stars except I wanted more of the suits in my sizing and the pricing could've been better.
