Pretty good selection of wraps, cones, bowls / pipes, bongs, rollers, grinders, accessories, etc! Although they tend to be out of stock for a while when things run out.

Don't go here. Go pipeline instead. Last time I was there I bought a puffco peak pro atomizer. The sales guy told me - yeah guarantee that's for the pro. So it was boxed up and I bought it. Went out to my truck and opened it it was the wrong one. I went back in to return it and the same guy was like - that's the one ... peak pro. I said no its not and showed him the one I needed online. It's it a twist quick connect that I need and this that i just bought was clearly threaded. Anyone that knows about this product can clearly see the difference (Staff lacks knowledge). He kept looking at the one online and acted like he didn't believe me. Anyway I returned it for a refund - or so I thought. Fast forward a couple days - i check my bank transactions - and no refund. Only the 50 dollar charge. Well they never gave me a receipt in the first place, and when I called they informed me that nothing could be done without a receipt. So I'm out 50 bucks.My mistake for not getting a receipt. My mistake for shopping here. 2nd time something like this happened. Horrible store. Horrible owners. Pity for such a spot that acts like there all about good vibes.DONT SHOP HERE. GO TO PIPELINE.

Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in, looked like they were having fun working. Helped us get what we wanted and even told us a joke lol. Good selection of everything. Prices are all fair. Definitely coming back to this place

Horrible I went at morning business hrs and saw a note on door (be back in 15 mins) I wanted for a good 30 mins and saw a lady come out but door waS still lock. Waited an other 10 minutes but still nothing lol but parking in the back if front is filled up

Review by wife: i hate to do this bc WE have been a loyal customer since y'all opened. You've always been helpful, had what we needed, durable thick glass pieces, and affordable pricing. BUT, the other night my husband wanted to grab a piece because his broke the day before. We were in Kaneohe and saw the lights still on and pulled in. We read the hours on the door and We had 20 minutes til closing. So my husband went in. He comes right out, not even 30 seconds later ....I said "what happened" and he said they asked him "what are u looking for" he said a bong, they said "well we're closing, if you gottah ""look around"" then come back tomorrow". WHUAAAAAAAAAT!?............ k lucky I wasn't in there I would've had a fkkn conniption cuz there still 20mins til closing, and we not ""looky-loo"" or window shoppers!! We KNOW exactly what we need and what we're looking for and wouldn't show up unless we had the means to BUY!!!sorry if u get those types but WE are not it!!! While he's telling me this, cuz we're having this convo in front the store---I'm telling him go back in there its not even closing-u have 20 mins left---------these two people, a guy and a girl walk out and go to a silver Chevy truck parked next to me, ...they look at my husband, and me still in the parking lot(((I don't know it at the time, but those are the employees that talked to my husband))) they go to the truck grab something and then go back into the store(((at that moment I thought they were customers, if I knew who they were I would have said something )))).. Anyway my husband didn't say anything, and now he doesn't wanna go back in & when he gets a 'vibe' he'll just go into fukIt mode.....so we ended up leaving. I'm hoping the owners read this, or if those two idiots are the owners then y'all know nothing about business sense, customer service, or simply making money! Whatever you two were up to, seemed more important than selling & making $$$ for your store!!! My husband has money to drop. Y'all just lost a loyal customer, who purchases at least every 2-3 mos cuz he clumsy as hell and drops all his glass pieces.

I’m giving this establishment 1 star due to its unprofessional environment and expensive glass. First off I’m originally from Cali where its recreational and not even their smoke shops wreak as bad as this one did. I Came in and the two dudes working there were watching tv. One got up to help me who was pretty knowledgeable but the other continued watching tv. As a business owner myself I thought that was very unprofessional. I came in looking for a decent rig but there was a lot more china glass then I expected and anything decent was REALLY expensive. I asked if they do military discounts but they unfortunately do not. The worker did mention an annual sale on the 20th but I jus can’t wait that long. I ended up taking my money elsewhere.

Fake water pipes I was so surprised to see certified illadelph But when I got inside and saw the Chinese tubes I was shocked Hawaii is really all for the tourist Don't be fooled Just go and enjoy the nature Don't use fake glass Spend 220 on a beaker and it was fake Spend that 220 on joint papers instead stay away from fake retailers
