I came in a few weeks ago and talked to Steve and he was so helpful I didn't decide to buy a bike last month but he really showed how put together him and his store is and I'm looking forward to going back to see him and buy a bike.

$5400 for a Lemon - After spending $5400 on a Sur Ron Light Bee X at eBikes Hawaii, I was left stranded with a dead battery and abysmal customer service. While the bike was initially fantastic, the battery failed after only 600 miles. eBikes Hawaii misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $30 for a fix that did not work, then gave me the runaround for four months while trying to claim the warranty. They ultimately offered no solution except to buy a new battery with 20% less range at an exorbitant price - 2000$. Despite numerous visits and calls, they failed to provide support or follow through with promised repairs. I urge anyone considering buying an eBike to look elsewhere. eBikes Hawaii's high prices, poor warranty support, and lack of customer service make them an unreliable choice.

Awesome spot. Wife and I wanted Ebikes. Very friendly hassle free area. Spacious way better atmosphere than Bike Factory. If you need anything bike related go see them. You won’t be disappointed!

There service sucks sent my $7k emtb. They claim to have fixed speedometer for not showing speed they couldn't correct issue. Bike now has more serious problems motor turns off every 15 minutes or so while riding. BUYER BEWARE. I want to buy a Sur Ron ultra but not from Ebikes Hawaii. Their technicians are not capable of servicing what they sell. As for my $7k Bulls. They claim they are Bulls certified dealer that's BS. One reason I purchased from a local dealer was for customer support and service. Do your research before dropping $7k on an ebike. I learned my lesson , I'm never purchasing anything from them.

Almost a year ago we ordered bikes from E-bikes Hawaii. We found the employees to be friendly, low pressure and helpful. Our bikes arrived in early 2023. Service was great, we enjoyed our e-bikes and they reminded us to come back after about a month to have everything checked over. Billy is super helpful. My only reason to remove 1 star is that my family ordered bike bag and rack accessories for me from the store for my Christmas gifts. Whoever put in the order didn't order the correct mounting brackets for my small size bike. I ended up waiting about four months in order to get the rack mounted. It seems like there was poor communication with the ordering of the bracket. Once again, Billy came to our rescue and got it figured out. I was happy to finally be able to use my rack, but something to note is that with the size of the bike rack/bike and seat placement, we had to finagle the seat, since it blocks the bike bag locking mechanism from working correctly. Anyway, I'll keep bringing my business to E-bikes Hawaii Kapolei. The location is convenient, workers are nice, and it's helpful that they're open on Saturdays. Parking is easy, as well.

I recently bought a Zero, great brand, good reviews and charging wouldnt be a problem. (So they say) I'm unaware that the bike should deplete half of its battery while riding on the freeway for a short distance or literally take forever to charge and as soon as its done and you use it, your back to the plug. There's no real riding potential on battery. I tried to call the store numerous times to speak to a sales rep. and/or manager. I get the well contact you, Weeks later I try again and still no help. I mean thats poor customer service, you have an unhappy customer here. I got a bike here I can hardly use for commuting and it seems like the zero dealer doesnt care to get back to anyone with a automatic text that reaches your phone after you try to call. Their motto, Get you out the door faster than an e-bike.

Poor customer service. Two guys behind counter busy playing with their phones and talking stories to each other. Guy in the back was friendly. The bike I was interested in was still in box on shelf, guy in back was busy building other bikes. So I asked the guys in front of was possible to have bike built by next morning cause I was very interested in purchasing it ( it was around 11 am at the time) they said sure we'll have the guy build it when he's done. I showed up the next day around the same time(11am) and wouldn't you know it, it was still in box on the shelf. The guy in the back said no one told him to build it. I walked out and went down the street to bike factory and bought me a Super73. Spent twice as much , but service was way better at The Bike Factory. Don't waste your time at e-bike, they are a bunch of losers.

They didnt want to service my son's bike because they were "too busy". Told them I'd leave it until they had time and less busy, they said "we're still too busy". What they didn't know was i was ready to buy 5 surrons for my family all cash. Yup....buying elsewhere! Im too small beans for these guys.
