Absolutely amazing, went for a motorcycle safety check and was taken care of perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, only wish that you could schedule an inspection instead of calling the day of. Still going to come back each year for my inspection even though I live in k-bay.

My vehicle was hit on my street by a drink as with 3 other vehicles. The person at fault had progressive and progressive did have an impressive claim process. G&C was able to identify more repairs needed. Unfortunately, progressive reached a claim limit and couldn't continue to resolve so the repairs went to my insurance company. One more thing I learned is progressive pays b the taxes on your rental. My insurance does not. When I got my car back it looked brand spanking new and I am super excited. G&C is no joke... thank you g&c!!!

This shop is listed as a recommended shop through my insurance (GEICO). I called to get when was the next available appointment, the girl I was speaking to was very rude and unprofessional. That was an automatic no for me. If you can’t have customer service over the phone, why should I trust your shop with fixing my vehicle?

Progressive uses this place to repair body damage from car accidents. I've had 2 accidents with body damage. They matched the custom paint and repaired the damage like new. Recommend.

Fast response to fix my truck. But when I went to pick it up, my truck had extra scratches. They forgot to put back emblem and brand new window seal was coming off before I even got out of the parking lot. Tinted windows were full of glue that was used to put window seal in place. I just detailed my truck right before I took it in, so I know what scratches were there before I took it in. They did a walk around before it went in and circled all dents and scratches, but found more when I picked truck up. Make sure you check your car or truck before you leave the property.
