My husband and I experienced incredible service today at the Kapolei Store. We needed a new refrigerator and were fortunate to work with an outstanding Home Depot employee named Melissa. She helped us with our purchase by her knowledge of appliances. She did all the paperwork in a very professional way yet all the while being so friendly and simply a delightful person to work with. We love Home Depot and our experience today with Melissa in Appliances at the Kapolei store verified why !

Gave these guys multiple chances to change my experience but will take my service elsewhere. Tried to use a contractor and ended up doing it myself from waiting so long for a reply, curbside pick up does not work, had an online order required to be reshipped three times end up waiting over a month to receive it, and customer desk is rude. Mind, the online order was a store pick up…insane!

They will never answer the phone.
Been calling for half a year. No answer.
We also got scammed. Cashier didn't bother to question the purchase on credit cards made for 2K....3 times
Tried to call I can inform the Manager to let the cashiers know they should question the purchase of Gift cards totalling so much money. So many scams have been happening and no one in the stores are preventing it!
We now have to pay 5 Thousand dollars due to untraceable gift cards.

Kapolei Home Depot sales person #CPJ4157 (didn’t get her name) was phenomenally helpful. At the register I discovered they do not accept Apple Pay in store. She was able to help me at the customer service counter by getting on the computer and made my purchase a success. Huge mahalo ?

TY was awesome in helping out on the floor when I was trying to make a decision about a certain product. Melanie sealed the deal on our experience here, providing above and beyond service. Thank you for the exceptional service and care when helping out a customer in need. Both of these employees went above and beyond. We rang the bell twice out of pure satisfaction in rare customer service.
