The most aggressive and annoying business on Front street. They won't let you walk the sidewalk without hounding you...I made the mistake of walking in to one of the stores...the next thing I know, cream is being applied to my face without my consent. When I got up to walk away, I was insulted about my skin. It may be a good product...I'll never know...but the business practices are just awful.

They lured my wife in the store and gave her a free eye cream sample. I could sense predatory sales tactics so I got my wife out of there. After reading the reviews I'm glad I did.

SCAM! Don't let them get your money. They do not stand behind their products. The products are NOT FDA approved, although I was told otherwise when I asked. I would give negative stars if that were an option!

Was walking by with my elderly mother, who was carrying a shopping bag from the Honolulu Cookie Company. A man standing in the doorway rudely tried to get her attention. When she ignored him, he proceeded to SHOUT down the street at her "COOKIE LADY! HEY! COOKIE LADY!" I was stunned. Never in my life have I seen such shameful, disrespectful behavior. I question the judgement of Lahaina to allow such an establishment to ruin the good vibes of Front St.

Manager was very pushy when we wouldn't buy on the spot. He proceeded to yell and question us on why we wouldn't spend $189 for a small container of face cream.

My husband and I were walking past their shop on Front St. in Lahaina when we were aggressively approached by a small Male salesperson. They won't take NO thank you for an answer ... none of them in any of their several Front St shops. I told him to leave me alone and go back into his shop. As we walked on...the man chased me down and attacked me from behind taking my cell phone from my hand while screaming profanities at me! My husband grabbed my phone back and held him off of me! These people are dangerous, relentless, aggressive and rude!! We of course called the police on them. We'd recommend staying away from any of their shops, not buying their product and getting them out of beautiful Maui all together! They steal the Islands Ohana

The people who run these stores are known scammers - all their affiliates, Hermetise, Premier, Lionesse are rip-off outfits. They prey on people by giving them a free sample, then lure them into the store for a "free" facial only to sell them second-rate products for huge prices. Do not fall for their scams. To add insult to injury, after I politely declined the "free" sample, the hawker made fun of the fact that I was walking with a cane because of a foot injury. They are horrible vampires preying on tourists.

I was offered a free sample while walking by and got to chatting with the saleswoman who was from Israel... thought she was interesting. Yet when I told her I wasn’t interested in buying any products as I don’t like to use a lot of chemical products (especially on my face) she rudely turned away and muttered what I can only assume to be profanities...

This is the first review I have ever written. Let me just say this place is absolutley awful. Rude sales people along with scam prices is not a good combo. They tried selling me on a 10000 dollar system which is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I was pressured into buying the 300 dollar syestem and I immediately regretted it. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAM ARTISTS AT THEIR FINEST!!

What a joke! My wife got herself dragged into this place with the old free sample on the street bit. They had her come in for some eye stuff and she spent almost 30 mins in the place. They started a price at $700 for a bottle of something and said they could offer it for a great price of $299. When she said No, they dropped to $120. The wrinkle tightener stuff they applied made a slight difference, but wore off in about 30 minutes - just long enough for you to pay and leave. Every time you walked by, they pulled the same sales pitch. Orogold isn't the only store doing this - EVERY lotion place on the block had the same shtick. Just walk away cool or cross the street before you get to these shops.

Hate all these skin care places on Front Street, aggressive sales tactics, if I wanted your product I would come in the store, don't need you to stop me on the sidewalk and try to engage, then a snide remark when denied. Ruining the whole Front Street vibe. Aggressive and rude. There are four of them now, really a shame, you'll get hit up twice on each side of the street.

Brought the products while on holiday in Hawaii but when I came home to Australia and opened the products to start using it the 24K multi vitamin night nourishment cream was empty. Spend 400US dollars for the products and are deeply disappointed
