Monopolizing our locals . Rates are outrageous in vomparison to areas in the country where there is competition .Rude staff . They threaten to disconnect service after beeing late one month after beeing on time for 8 years each month . BS business . Cant wait for Verizon to get to our area.

Every time I walk in the Lahaina location I am quickly greeted, which is nice. Especially when I have an issue (with my account, nothing they did) that may take a little more than a standard equipment switch out. Last night was no different. Patricia greeted me with a smile and was ready to help. This called for some managerial assistance and so she called Malama, who also was welcoming and helpful. They got everything taken care of for me with patience. I also noticed another lady came in and had been scammed. I am not really sure of the details although I know she also left happy! Great store, great service!

I ordered Spectrum cable and man was that a mistake. They first said they couldn’t hook up my cable without sending a technician out to do it and assured me it would be easy. I agreed. Technician came out ananda it took almost 2 hours. They later charged me $50 which they did NOT disclose to me and they refused to take off. In addition the remote is horrible which the technician warned me about. The service sucks and I was paying $20 more then Hulu and no Dvr included. I’ve been had but want. To share my experience so you can avoid them. Aloha!

Had great experience getting my cable internet equipment about a year ago here, I remember very chill and friendly service. Today I had to verify my legal address with the DMV that's two doors down, there was 10 minutes left for my scheduled time slot with them, was missing one more document besides my electricity bill. Went into the store, a young guy helped printing out my bill, and I got my ID renewed. I'm not sure why the negative reviews here... it's just a big clean room full of nice folks that help people buy smartphones and internet and stuff. There's not much one should really expect of the place, it doesn't need to be more than that. And they do get lots of people calling them sometimes or sitting there, every place has its rush hours, it's not their fault at all, rather a good sign that their products and services are in demand.

Nice store but there was only one sales person at 10am. The payment kiosk was broken had to wait awhile. But the one sales person was very professional and helpful.

It's just the beginning we'll see how it goes.. Just like Luke said wait till Monday.. Just wanted to make sure that you know that sent from true link And make sure to set up like it says in the hold of spectrum. His phone is acting up even more than ever... I'm just wondering if I'm getting buffered.. Since now I just have Internet and mobile But no proper IT available is available like Verizon. If you're an Internet provider you should be able to remote access if you don't you have very very poor service open hopefully we'll connect I have a lot to do that involves military military and, along of overdrafts that this has cost me with the bank.. Hopefully we can connect tomorrow but I have many things to do.. But this is definitely at the top of the list.. To rectify properly and hopefully you've tracked down the person since I saw Luke and talk story and called all the names and dates..

Scummy how having a monopoly on Maui . Horrible speeds and then when setting up service under my name, the offers on the phone, online and in person are completely different and they refuse to honor any of the offers from their other sources.

I was pretty skeptical when I heard there is only one internet service I can get in Lahaina, which is Spectrum. I'd been burned badly by Comcast on the Mainland. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast their basic internet service is (and I'm a techie and require fast download/upload speeds) and how responsive they are on the phone to troubleshoot issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I did run into issues with setting up my internet, where I had to call in multiple times, on multiple days to get them to reset my modem from their side in order to connect and stay connected. I got the impression they've got some communication or process issues over on their team's backend. Other than that, great service and mahalo!

Worst experience. All I had to do was switch my name to the account after my roommate moved. 3 weeks later 7 visits to the store I still am paying 140 extra dollars and my internet is still not working
