It's ok if you don't have other choice. The produce is pretty moldy and spoiled. They need to clean out their fridge as, it's is all covered in gross mold. Otherwise dry goods and bread are ok. Prefer to go to napili market for local produce and Safeway for other things - it's a good location but could do with a deep clean.

Our Ohana has been shopping here for many years. We remembered when it first opened. Star Market. The quality of the store has gone down. The produce more than half of the time is either wilted or spoiled. Most of the shelves are empty. What is going on with my neighborhood Times Supermarket? What is up with the empty shelves and bad quality of fruits and vegetables?

Solid grocery store, convenient to many resorts. We found pretty much everything we needed. Wish the poke counter was open later, though.

Since Foodland is closed, head here. Good poke. get the hanalei poi tub for $15, very fresh from Prince I'll kuaui. The pastries are ordinary, and no coffee grinder- hit the foodland by airport before coming to Kaanapali to regrind coffee to espresso. Also get a slice of lilikoi pie at foidland yummy., and Han bay for $12. Times has butane cylinders for the small gas stove.

I'm only giving 4 stars because they were out of several items, and we couldn't find bottled water. This is Hawaii, so we fully expected to pay these high prices ($8 for a small jar of jelly). Again, we were disappointed in the few things we couldn't find. The store was packed, and we were grateful to buy groceries on Christmas Eve. The staff was nice and pleasant.

Feel free to skip Safeway - this big supermarket has everything you need. We stopped at Safeway first, and I was surprised to find Times had everything we needed, at least as much as Safeway, and had a much larger selection of brands, and different foods you won't get at Safeway. On quite a few items, Times price was better too. If you're staying close, don't think you need to go elsewhere to find what you need. Happy to support the local business, especially when it's this good.

This place is pretty hilarious. It's right in the heart of a very affluent resort area of Maui and this grocery store is Completely run down. They are not putting any money back into improvements in the store, you'll see Leaking rusty coolers, dirty floors, things are generally worn and in disrepair. It's really too bad they're in a great location but I guess that's what they're doing. They seem to be just milking money out of this place without returning any of their profit back into the store.

This has been our go to market for 15 years. It's fine in the morning but DONT go in the afternoon. Locals are nasty! Nothing like it used in be. Too many transients buying liquor.

Good place to stop for some groceries if you're staying at the resorts. The Maui West Islander bus stop is very close by so convenient also. Prices are good but facilities are sort of run down. For example the cashier had a sign apologizing for the broken conveyor belt during checkout. Good variety of foods to purchase.

Nice local market some locals turned us onto. Had most everything we wanted, basic meat department so don't be looking for anything fancy.

The staff is always really wonderful. I enjoy poke bowls from the deli even though they aren't necessarily my favorite. The deli service is always very friendly.

So Thankful that this store is open. I believe their new business hours have changed to 6am - 7pm or something like that until further notice. I will update this if it's incorrect as soon as possible the next time I'm there. Grateful for this store being up & running.

I would go here while on vacation to get essentials and grocery. They have just about everything you need. Place is clean, employees are really nice. Fruit popsicles by the registers are really good. I decided to get some Poké from the deli and WOW! They're good! They have different types and I tried about half and enjoyed every one.

Clean and well stocked. Good produce section. The store bought sushi is pretty good! We usually get it at least once or twice on our trips to Maui.

Limited choices and numerous sold out basic items. Plus, everything is more expensive than other grocery stores. On the Plus side, very Friendly and courteous staff. I would recommend them in a pinch and keep in mind, you are on an Island and supply can be spotty due to no actual fault of management.
