I am so disappointed with the terrible customer service by the older white woman, blond hair, who works at the UPS location in Lahaina. I went in to return several amazon purchases. No greeting, no smile, just an inpatient attitude. I was the only customer in the store and she acted rushed and then reprimanded me for not downloading the app. After she finished with my transaction she turned her back and returned to (I guess the more important) of bubble wrapping an item. Folks, find another USP location.

Highly suggest store manager Heidi hire someone competent with photo splicing to the basic extent of putting two photos onto one page. Quite obvious the manager wants to nickel and dime patrons. This location pales in comparison to its savvy and less-expensive Kahului location, managed by the friendly man Hoku. There is certainly an element of humanity that is relevant when dealing with customers personal subject matter via copying and printing. Heidi lacked the tech-knowledge and personal skills to professionally assit this morning.I’m contrast, the local/female employee was knowledgeable, friendly and hard-working.

The rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Have shipped here a lot over the years but today was the final straw. First of all they make their customers wait outside in the heat bc of covid…. STILL! And so the lady, I think she is the owner assumes I’m shipping something to Amazon for a refund which isn’t the case. As such she was telling me I needed to purchase an additional box and packaging. But she would not listen to me try to explain to her this was not a refund and was not going to Amazon. Then they printed my shipping label and would not let me use it. Voiding it so that I would have to call my manufacturer back and hold for them to issue me a new label.Bottom line, I’d rather drive to town to a different store than ever do business at this location again. If I could give zero stars I would.Addition after store reply:My item was ready to be shipped. The rude women in the store, Literally the rudest face to face customer service I have ever encountered, with their condescending and falsely assuming attitudes. Telling me I am returning an item to Amazon and why I am not prepared instead of listening to me explain that I am neither returning an item to Amazon or getting a refund from anyone. My item was going to a manufacturer for repair and return to me. I shipped this before in the exact same way and it was sent, repaired, and returned without issue. The only issue here is the staff acting like they have 3 mouths and no ears and continually cutting me off before I can explain and correct them on where I’m shipping to and that it’s not an Amazon refund. They just repeat themselves like a broken record when what they were saying had no relevance to my situation. I live lahaina side and will gladly make the drive to town for the instances where I need to ship via UPS. Never again will I walk into this business again. They think they have us all by the you know what and we are without options bc they are the only ups on Lahaina side.And yes the lady told me to my face they implemented a 4 person in the store policy bc of covid. And they still wearing masks so I think we all know the clear signal that is sending. They fear for their health but don’t mind making elderly, women, children wait outside in Lahaina heat. No way allowing people into the air conditioned building impedes their ability to serve customers. That impediment comes solely from their horrible attitudes and behavior towards potential clients.

Quite possibly one of the most awful employees I have ever come across: yelling at customers to wait and come back. Her name is Heidi, she is apparently the manager. Fire this toxic woman immediately!

Ok so, my mom and I went into this place about a week ago. We needed to ship some stuff back to the mainland. These folks really helped us out and did exactly what we needed. Really respectful and wonderful customer service. We asked them to make sure they wrapped our stuff really good and they sure did! 10/10 would recommend.

If you get someone else helping you, this place is fine, but one lady here called Heidi is very rude and unhelpful. She may be management from the bossy manner in which she behaves, and she does it to customers as well. Just a nasty, unpleasant person.

Being a UPS store owner on vacation from Florida, of course I had to stop in and check out the business. Heidi was great and store clean. Very friendly with her customers. Thank you for your hospitality. Mahalo!

Not open during posted hours. I just rushed from work to make it 10 mins before thy closed. Not open. Lady said no open. If your store hours are till 6pm stay open till 6pm not whenever you feel like closing.

Came by on a Friday Morning, stressed about the fact that I was pressured to purchasing a time share, which I realized it was not a good financial decision on my end.Shelly, the associate who assisted me with my tasks necessary to cancel my timeshare.Again, timeshare products only give a 7 day window for cancellation.The UPS store provides multiple office services needs.I made a copy of my cancellation document.I was able to fax the cancellation document.& i was able to purchase a 2 business day delivery of the document, helped by Shelly. (Although 2 business day delivery is $50+, it beats 10 years of monthly payments, totaling 28k for a timeshare)With a positive attitude by Shelly, I was able to process my cancellation. Thank you Shelly and keep up the positive vibes. Mahalo!TIPS: come in early. I was the first to enter the store, barely opening. Once my services were being done, 3 people started waiting in line. (This was a Friday morning)

Just want to give a huge 5 star rating to this UPS store. Bought a very expensive piece of artwork while here visiting. They packaged it beyond my expectations. It took about 10 minutes for me to unpack it. Layers and layers of protection and it arrived absolutely perfect and 1 day earlier than said!! This is our second time using them for expensive artwork, and worth the price. Mahalo for taking great care!

Heidi was incredibly rude today (7/21/22), blaming me for a mistake by UPS. Wow, I have never been treated that poorly by anyone at UPS. I really hope an owner or manager of hers reaches out to apologize.

They close the doors early..way too often. A recent example… I pulled up to the door at exactly 5:51 pm, but it was already locked. They close daily at 6:00 pm according to the web and the sign posted on the door. I just wanted to make an Amazon return that normally takes less than 3 minutes for the employees to complete. So it’s not like I was trying to get in when they are closed…I had 9 minutes to complete a 3 minute transaction. I peaked in the dark window and saw the cold, rude, condescending older blonde lady running about, grabbing her purse and shutting down the lights. She was done for the night, and ready to bounce apparently. So I double checked the hours of operation and as expected they indicated a daily closing time of 6:00 pm. No notice or anything on the door of an early closing. This in incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate for customers. And it isn’t the first time they’ve closed early without notice. Sadly, this is the only UPS location on the westside. I assume the rude, frigid, blonde lady is a manager. If so, she needs a wake up call…this is not how you run a business. If a business can’t commit to staying open as advertised, then simply change the hours of operation so customers aren’t inconvenienced.

Minus 1-star. Directly overcharged by double the cost! Went there to make 20 color copies. The trashy dim-witted clerk, "specifically" asked me if my copies are double sided and I told her no. One minute later she charged me for 40 copies e.g. double sided. I paid and left.When I got to my car, I thought $31.00 and change for 20 copies! Looking at the receipt, I returned to the store. She tried to downplay the double charge. "Oh I thought it was double sided." I reminded her that we had that specific discussion immediately before I double charged!
