Three weeks in cutter dodge as made no attempt to return my money. Im a jobber guy myself. , no physical business name or address. Just a guy trying to make a living and apparently cutter doesn’t feel returning my money is of any great concern to them.?Parts counterman or rude and lazy. Guess its of no matter to them. More to follow and even though it’s only $75 dollars. I’ll be sure to continue to fight their fraudulent business actions. Shame on you

You have higher chances of getting hit by lightning than having them answer the phone. Went in person and they offered an appointment 2 weeks later for a diagnostic which would be $250.. I was told straight up that my vehicle WOULD NOT be seen until 2-3 days later after drop off, like what’s the point of having it there? Anyways, -100 aura points to the rude woman at the service desk

As a valued customer, It's disheartening to recount my recent experience with service department. Despite making an appointment for routine maintenance, specifically an oil change, I was met with a level of incompetence and disregard for customer time that was frankly appalling.
Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was informed by service advisor Jason Reiger that the service would take approximately three hours to complete. Trusting in his word, I patiently waited, only to return after the alloted time to find that my car hadn't even been touched. Not a single task had been initiated, leaving me bewildered and frustrated.
In need of prompt service, I had no choice but to retrieve my vehicle and seek assistance elsewhere. It's profoundly dissapointing to be let down in such a manner, especially when one relies on the professionalism and efficiency promised by a reputable dealership.
Service department not only failed to uphold their commitment to completing the work within a reasonable time frame but also demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer schedules and expectations. This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of their establishment and I will think twice before entrusting them with any future automotive needs.

Went in to see a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE. Beautiful Jeep and the salesman wasn’t too pushy so the sales staff isn’t bad at all. Our issue is the INSANE “market value adjustment”. Adding a $18k mark up on a $72k Jeep is just ludicrous. Just to greedy…

This is by far the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. They will never return your calls, I had to personally go up there in person to get an update on my car. Their service is incredibly slow, I had made an appointment and it still took 6 days before they even looked at my car. Each time my car has been returned to me. There has been new problems now that were not an issue before… that being said, my car is a new model.. I would try to avoid this place at all possible

Terrible service. They don't answer their phones. You ask for the manager and the manager passes the issue back to other department. Nephew's car has been sitting in their service department for over 3 months now. I hope corporate see/read comments and hopefully help with this issue.

Lack of true customer service; you pay a lot of money for your vehicle and support, so best you find quality elsewhere. Sub-par expertise. Conflicting and poor communications across representatives.

An Exceptional Car Buying Experience at Cutter CDJR Pearl City:
I recently found myself in the market for a used Ford Bronco, and fate led me to the Cutter Dealership. From the moment I stepped onto their lot, I knew this would be a different kind of car-buying journey.
The Ford Bronco I had my eye on had already been snatched up by another lucky buyer, but Luke, the dedicated salesman, didn’t leave me hanging. He kept me informed, diligently notifying me whenever another Bronco became available. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and it set the tone for what was to come.
When the opportunity arose to check out a newly available Bronco, I was thrilled. Luke’s knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He effortlessly walked me through every detail, from engine specs to off-road capabilities. His confidence and genuine passion for the Bronco made me feel like I was talking to a seasoned expert. But it wasn’t just Luke’s expertise that stood out. His character, integrity, and transparency made the entire car-buying process stress-free. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed. Luke’s approach was refreshing—a far cry from the typical high-pressure sales tactics I’d encountered elsewhere.
What surprised me even more was learning that Luke was relatively new to the sales game. With the poise and finesse he displayed, I would have assumed he had years of experience under his belt. His dedication to excellence was evident, and it left a lasting impression.
Now, let’s talk about the dealership itself. I had previously explored Ford Broncos at another local dealership, but the service there paled in comparison to what Cutter provided. At Cutter, enthusiasm and friendliness abound. Their team is genuinely passionate about helping customers and building positive relationships. It’s not just about selling cars; it’s about creating lasting connections. Even if Cutter’s prices were slightly higher than elsewhere, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them. The value they deliver through exceptional service and unwavering professionalism outweighs any cost difference. When you step into Cutter, you’re not just buying a car—you’re joining a community of satisfied customers.
And let’s not forget the unsung hero—the finance manager. He made the paperwork side of the vehicle purchase a breeze. His focus was on my best interests, securing financing that aligned perfectly with my needs. Clear communication and a straightforward process made all the difference.
In summary, my vehicle purchasing experience at Cutter Dealership was nothing short of outstanding. From Luke’s expertise to the warm atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to friends, family, and anyone reading this review. Mahalo!

Took my Jeep for service to this dealership and the service was amazing. Brenda went out of her way to help me and communicated with me throughout the service. Will definitely go back to this dealership and recommend it to others.
