Rich is the real deal! I'd say he's actually the best detailer on the island. I almost thought there was no hope with getting water spots off my 2022 Silverado truck due to the water sprinkler system that looked like it cooked deep into my paint and windows. I took my truck to Rich to get the water spots removed and a ceramic coating and my truck literally looks brand new again like it did when I purchased it from the dealership. He did an amazing job outside including inside, which looked terrible, because I have 2 toddler boys and infant girl. My truck inside is new looking as well and even have a fresh new truck smell to it. It's already been weeks and I still haven't even had to wash it yet because it's still glistening. A 3-5 year ceramic clear coat paint and wax protection with nonstop paint gloss is very important to have living in Hawaii because of the heat, red dirt, and water spots that can cook into and ruin paint is definitely worth getting to protect your vehicle paint and glass! I'll be bringing my wife vehicle there next! I highly recommend Rich. Best looking detailed vehicle I've ever seen hands down! Thanks once again Rich for an amazing job!

Excellent service, excellent job! I took my partner's car to get detailed on fairly short notice, and Rich was nothing but helpful and accommodating. It looks brand new now, and my partner was very impressed. I would give 10 stars if I could! Best, it cost less than what you will pay anywhere downtown. Will definitely come back!

I’m not one to write reviews, but this was warranted. I needed my car detailed for shipment. Rich went above and beyond to address every concern I had with the inside of my car. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommend!

Rich responded to my quote request in less than 30 minutes. He followed up with detailed location info. After inspecting my car; he suggested several options and was able to schedule my car detailing for the next day. So impressed with Rich's great follow up messages; every step of the way confirming what we discussed. Very happy with the professional job he did detailing the car's exterior and interior! After Rich worked his magic; the exterior paint is now so clean, smooth & shiny it looks like a totally brand new car! Very reasonable pricing for the amount of effort, skill & love Rich put into his detailing service. Mahalo Rich!!

Rich is awesome!! Super friendly, great customer service, and very responsive. I have not detailed my car ever (2017) and Rich did an incredible job. I had sand, red mud, and just general life build up grime on the inside. The outside had bird poop and scuff marks from a car hitting me while I was parked. My car is now spotless. He is also very reasonably priced. I was searching around and many places were estimating $350+ for similar services. Rich is much more affordable. His products smell fresh and gives that new car smell. Worth every penny.

This vehicle came with exterior abrasions scratches and infested with cockroaches when I purchased it from a private party and didn’t want it anymore. Rich and his team got down and tore everything out and did a full vehicle pesticide service and shampooed the interior all for under $400 which was hundreds less than the rest. Seats off and stains removed took over 6 hours and did a superb attention to detail job. Rich earned my business because of the care he took and I’m comfortable having my newborn ride in this car.
