All the guys out here are great Haku was the guy on this one that helped me out and when I was shopping didn’t make me feel pressured at all. Ron was amazing with making sure I was taken care of on the back end and I left a happy customer today!! I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for suspension, wheels, tires or any off-road needs.

As a 1st time owner of a (LIFTED) Truck I will not discriminate nor disrespect because it is not within my nature to.. regardless of misinformed or uninformative by businesses, However I will say this and with utmost respect (You will learn as you go).. fast forward>> waited months for new tires ended up refunded same day…… Walked in the main office of 4wheelparts looked around and waited in line (Haku) walked in to his desk jumped on the computer and say “I CAN HELP YOU HERE BRO”… Help was all I needed, learning is a given fact, experiences is life… anyhow I Am Satisfied for sure! Thank you Haku and the team!! My wife still calls you guys 4BY4 😬🥴

As a car guy going to a shop that specializes in trucks and off roads vehicles always made me skeptical but whenever I’ve needed drag tires for my car they came through every single time. Only once we had a little hiccup but it wasn’t their fault. These guys at 4Wheel Parts in Waipahu will always get you right and their environment is always welcoming. They’re easy to talk to and always willing to listen to the customer and get them what they need. I’ve never had anything installed there but they stay busy so that alone lets you know what kind of service they provide.

I had an issue with my spare tire holder on my Jeep. I went in and they got my bearings replaced and back on the road in about 30 minutes. No more sagging. The mechanic Alii was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. I'll definitely be taking my jeep back if I need anything else. Thank you!!!!

I haven’t bought anything from them yet, but I want commend employee Andrew at the Waipahu location for his great customer service. Andrew was incredibly helpful today in helping me try and locate a roof rack system with some niche technical challenges for my specific Jeep model. Thanks again so much for your help my man. Will check in later this week to see if he was able to come up with a solution.

Came here to swap out my wheels & rims. 10/10 communication and customer service to Richard. Very professional and explained everything thoroughly without rushing. Job was done quickly and would give me updates on the phone. Definitely will come back if needed.

Rod and his entire shop go above and beyond the call of duty in order to make your build work and function properly. All the way from emergency scheduling to making sure my builds are road and trail ready. I suggest no other shop on this island when modifying or maintaining you rig. 10 out of 10 in my book, thank you for always taking care of my crazy ideas

No good. I took my jeep to have my steering fixed. $1700.00 later, driving down the freeway and got the death wobbles. They didn't even change the bushings OR take it for a test drive. For $158.00/ hr labor. Save your money and take your business elseware. Flim flammers

They replaced my lower and upper control arms, and put on new front tires all within the span of a day. Their customer service was great and they were super helpful on the phone. I tried to get the same work done at several other repair shops and they all fell short, so it felt great to finally find a great auto shop with quality work and great customer care!
