My doctor ordered a blood test and urine test to make sure my new Keto diet was good for my health. Clinical Labs made it soo easy to set-up an appointment online and being open on the weekend is always appreciated by us office workers! I came in for my appointment and with a very short wait time of 2 mins they took me in, took my blood and urine within 10 mins, so amazing! The staff was friendly and quick, I felt like they knew what they were doing, which is important to me. My results came out the next day and I was able to view the results through the Straub app, I don't know how to read the results but I'm glad I was able to read that I'm not diabetic, that's all I could read though lol. I want to thank the staff for their knowledge and quick service!

At no fault of the clinic, but the location on Google Maps is incorrect. For anyone who wants to stop by here, the entrance is located behind the Waipahu Medical Clinic (NOT connected to the same building as Frida's).Friendly male medical professional. It was a painful stick compared to others I've experienced, but nothing I couldn't handle. Had a nice conversation to distract me.

Worst experience ever! Took my daughter to get her blood work done. They tried to take her blood and they kept on digging for veins BUT couldn't get blood. My baby was crying the whole time, i asked if they have alot of baby patients they said yes.after an hour of waiting they finally called someone Not to mention with a really stink breath. He tried once and they got blood. But poked a little before actually poked correctly. Ugh!!!!!!! Will definitely NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!

My husband has to do labs prior to some of his dr's appointments. CL Waipahu is a fast, friendly and experienced lab. For difficult draws there is usually someone who can easily find your vein.

They are very RUDE!!! As we walked in the lady name CLAUDELYN in the reception desk acted as if she owns the place. As she asked for the medical forms, she had the irritated voice and was not a very pleasant person. This type of attitude is not what any patients would like to encounter at any medical office. This location does not even deserve 1 star!!!

I was helped right away. Luckily there was no one in front of me. All I had to do was hand over my paperwork and I was seated right away. The guy that drew my blood was Ben. I was a little worried, at first, because most people who draw my blood miss the vein or can't get it, but Ben was awesome! He got my vein on the first try and the whole process of getting my blood took less than 10 minutes. My arm hurts (naturally, since I got blood samples taken), but it was a seamless process. This is a great Clinical Lab that isn't too busy and just because it's in Waipahu, doesn't mean it was horrible. The office was nice and simple. The staff is also right on it.
