This place is absolutely horrendous. I wouldn’t trust this team for anything. Today they called and told me that they couldn’t do my amendment and said they would be shredding my original documents. I was called minutes before they closed letting me know that they would be doing this. So essentially, they were never going to get to do my taxes, and didn’t care to let me know. I waited months, and Ling Ling kept saying she was so busy but she would get to it. Take your business to a true tax professional. Hand R block is a scam.

For some reason the Asian ladies here think it's OK to be racist to black people. Go ahead and take your business somewhere else let these racist people have their own little area where they can all be racist with each other. There's a reason why homes don't appreciate in this part of the island. Nobody wants to live with people like this. Even some areas of waianae appreciate....
