I wish they had zero or negative stars to give. I received terrible service yesterday and am appalled at the blatant disrespect for my time and money. The dealership did not tell me they had failed the inspection on my car for bubbling in the tint in my rear window, charged me for it and due to these actions, I am now forced to get my tint addressed before I can get it approved as they said they cannot undo the failed report until I fix the tint. They should have communicated that they were not going to pass it (as other places have done in the past) and I would have gone elsewhere. To also not tell me before I left and then give me attitude when I asked for a refund (which they eventually did) added further insult. I also cannot get back the extra 30-45 minutes I waited when they should’ve known in the first few minutes they weren’t going to pass my car. I had been avoiding this place because of past terrible service but had gone back for a trunk latch recall, but this horrible experience really ensures I will never go there again. The customer next to me waited for as long as I did (about 3-4 hours) before they told the person they didn’t have the part. How shameful!

This was our first time shopping with Tony Hyundai and it was a great experience with Justin Hoover! He understood what we were looking for, did his best to fit everything in place and we really appreciated his transparency with us. No pressure was felt and things went along smoothly and efficiently! Everyone we dealt with, including Angie and Alex, was a pleasure to talk to! We know this will not be our last time shopping with Tony Hyundai and look forward to future purchases!

I would like to say a special Thank you Taya Viera. I've been having issues with my AC and Taya took care of all of my needs for my truck. I was informed on everything that was happening through calls, texts and I am very pleased for the great outstanding custumer service Taya has giving me. Thank you to the guys that worked on my truck. I also got to speak with the manger and he was very nice assuring me that my truck AC would be taking cared of. Once again, thank you Taya for taking care of my truck. You are very professional and you gave me outstanding customer service.

This is my first time buying a car from Tony Hyundai waipio. Smiley was the salesman. I was super grateful I had smiley as a salesman. I know a salesman makes a huge difference. I was shopping around at other dealerships working with different salesman and Ken Smiley is the only salesman that was able to help me the way I wanted to be helped. I have six kids a very busy schedule, I work full time with a schedule that fluctuates and asked every single sales person from different dealerships if I could, please get preapproved and no other dealership would do it for me only Ken Smiley at Tony Hyundai waipio was able to accommodate my request and assist with getting me preapproved, which just makes a huge difference for me! Again no other dealership would help me pre-apply, which is why I went with Tony Hyundai Waipio. I felt like it was meant to be. I was meant to go there and I’m glad I went with my gut and went there because I wouldn’t have got the service I received probably anywhere else . They were so convenient super helpful and patient.. once I got there everyone I encountered with took care ?? Ken smiley, John Kato & Alex Millan, these 3 men is the kind of people you want to have working for your company! They help me so much! They help me stay within my budget and leave with something that I really wanted. It’s always the people that make a difference for a company and why you have loyal customers . I’m so glad I went with this dealership because every step in buying my car from this company was super smooth and I was blessed because of these three men . I’ve been to other dealerships and the service at Tony Hyundai Waipio is the best service I received. If you ever need a car i would recommend them 100% thank you so much for helping me.

I can’t express how impressed I was with my time at Tony Hyundai! I came in a few weeks ago for parts and services and left with the best experience I have ever had at a service center. Taya made the experience professional, quick and made me feel cared for. I recommend everyone needing services done to see Taya in the service department!

Sophie is an amazing salesperson.. She held the vehicle with a deposit and didn't frown about showing us all the options it had when showing up in person. She is very lively and willing to help resolve any issues with the vehicle you want to purchase and won't stop until she finds you the right one for you or your family.
