Best tax service company IN THE STATE. Hands down, got me more tax refund than all the other big tax businesses i went to. For sure going to them every single year. Don't waste your time going somewhere else.

Ramos Tax Service is very organized! And very helpful . Located in Waipahu parking is sometimes hard. She has 4 stales near , otherwise you need to park on the Street.

Such good people and fantastic, accurate service. I've been coming to Ramos Tax Service for years now. Let me tell you. I don't know much about taxes but the team here make the tax season so simple. The check-in process is easy - sometimes I'll call ahead to see if it's busy and I'll ask if I should make an appointment or drop-off instead. When it's busy, someone takes my documents to prep for the preparer so it's ready to go. The wait time isn't too bad but could be a little long as expected, especially on weekends and later in the weekdays. Julie always takes care of my husband and I. She's so good and efficient and asks us about certain paperworks if she recalls any different life changes that happened like when we had a baby or when we bought a house etc. I definitely couldn't do my taxes without her. Checking out is super easy, too. After we review our state and federal tax refund or whatnot with Julie, we'll go to another station or table to check out and pay for the filing fee. I can't say enough good things about Ramos Tax Service except thank you for all you do!

Fast, easy, and busy office. I recommend calling before going there. Be sure you receive the right envelope/ folder when they hand you your copies.

If you want a professional, excellent customer service tax progressional you’ve come to the rite place. I’ve been going to Ramos Tax for years and will never stop! Unless, they train me and teach me how to work for them, lol. Keep family ran business on Oahu alive, support local!

I will definitely be returning to Ramos Tax Service. The wait took a while because they take clients in on a walk-in basis, and like myself, others probably didn't realize the State didn't extend the due date for tax filing. Friendly staff, and the woman who filed my paperwork was very knowledgeable and claimed items I didn't know I could claim. The home is located right across from Honowai Elementary and there are a number of parking stalls on the property, as well as street parking. Covid safety precautions are in place. They also gave me $20 off my preparation fee as it was being offered on Yelp.

I have been going to an overpriced CPA for many years and my taxes have finally gotten less complicated so I gave Ramos Tax Service a try, based on a recommendation from a friend whom I trust. I am happy to say, I had a great experience and I will be going there again in the future. It was an easy and efficient process and it took the stress out of getting my taxes done.
