The customer service was top notch, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. A little pricy for a do it your self person, but I was very impressed!
I tend to work on my own car doing electronics to brakes, but avoid engine or transmission issues. Ran some tests on my car and was 99% sure of a transmission issue before coming in. I was informed of possible persistent issues if I don't get the inspection, I highly recommend paying a little extra for them to inspect the issue unless you like spending hours on your own like I do, or want to potentially pay extra because you misdiagnosed. luckily I was right, and they also did some recall work for free on top of what I wanted.

Beware of the maintenance department. They would deceive you into buying services your car doesn’t need. I bought my car new from them, and had been bringing it consistently to them for maintenance. Once I was out of the complimentary maintenance service, at less than 15000 miles, I was told I needed to do brake flush, throttle body service, air filter replacement, hvac disinfection, and wiper blade replacement at steep price. The report I received said that those items need immediate attention. I called the service consultant, Barry, asked which ones I need to do really soon and one which ones can wait. He said I really needed brake flush and throttle body service. And so I did thinking my car would fail if I didn’t. I knew nothing about cars and my fault for just trusting them predators. I later on showed the photo of my original brake fluid (which they sent prior to me approving the quote) to two car technicians, which both said my brake fluid was so clean and pristine and I didn’t need those services I had them done at less than 15000 miles!! I thought servco name was honest being a bigger name in honolulu, compared to other auto shops. I was definitely wrong. They are deceptive and predatory. Especially if you’re a woman who looks like an easy prey, who looks like trusting and don’t know anything about cars.
