THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS! Took my parent's money, did a crappy job, and now they are no where to be found. Their job left my elderly parent's with contractors coming after them because they didn't get paid! Plus, they just left with no notice and now my parent's have a house with so many issues that can't be addressed...from repairs and also not even completing numerous things. I feel so bad for them and everyone they stole money from.

Took my deposit for bathroom renovations and is no where to be found! Work hasn't started and he never paid any of the subs. Business moved out of the building in Waipio Gentry. He has an automated attendant phone system that hangs up on you. Wesley Chun doesn't represent honesty and integrity like his website claims. How can you live with yourself! You have no conscious! My husband and I worked very hard for that money you took from us.

BEWARE!!! We have been unsuccessful getting a hold of anyone from Wave Builders following up on the status of our project. We started back in March 2022. We've already paid 25% deposit so far of the total amount of the project and still no record of permits ever submitted to DPP. Tried numerous emails to the project manager and owner but no luck getting a response. I can't believe Wave Builders took our money and ghosted us.

Beware- started project months ago and needed something they damaged repaired but have had not response to my many phone calls to various numbers I had for this company and employees and emails. I hope someone from this company sees this and contacts me.

Contracted Wave Builders to replace kitchen and bathroom countertops, redo bathtub tile, and other minor repairs. Wes, Chase, Colby, and Rochelle were excellent to work with. Provided us a ton of information to help make the best decisions. They were all super professional and really took care of our home. Definitely recommend these guys if you have a home project in mind. We'll be contracting them again for future projects!

Wave Builders recently completed our bathroom and laundry room renovation. Entire process was quick..initial contact, proposal, contract signing, project start and completion. During construction, we made 3 minor changes; Wave was flexible and accommodating. We are very pleased with our renovation! Wave was efficient and professional. I reached out to Wave builders as I was referred to them by my sister. Ryan who was my first point of contact was very quick and responsive in providing estimates for my project. He even came out to see my condo to get a better feel for what I was trying to envision and take precise measurements. Due to the end of the year, I could only imagine the amount of other projects that were rushing to get in before the holidays but they were able to still get a start in December and finish in the perfect amount of time I was hoping. Luckily my place didn't have as much change orders throughout the project but did have a couple hiccups due to old piping, asbestos in the tile, and water damaged drywall. All of it was addressed and brought up and not covered up like some might have done. Chase was my second point of contact who gave me updated estimates in changes that I made and was very on point responding in a timely manner. Colby who was the lead Foreman of the team, definitely helped me out with great suggestions explaining everything thoroughly. Knowing of my busy schedule in sales, he was very easy to communicate with and sent a text before hand if he needed to speak about anything throughout the project. Every time I would stop by the place the whole team was very friendly and went over things they were working on for the day. Being on the 23rd floor, I'm sure the amount of time and effort from start to finish took a lot of effort in getting all materials/tools needed to get the job done. The team helped me with a complete new bathroom and kitchen that I couldn't be more grateful for. I was thankful to help and support a company that felt like a family to me by the end of the project. Wave Builders has done a few "Home Renovation" projects for us over the last couple years. First, a bathroom that was a total redo and we love it! Second, they put up security gates for us and just recently they installed outside wooden railings where needed near stairs. I might add these were ALL done while we were in the mainland and the communication and workmanship was EXCELLENT. I would not hesitate in hiring them again...in fact I DO have a few projects in mind already!!

I can't provide feedback on their services because they are totally unresponsive. I have 1 partial and 1 total renovation of bathrooms in my house and called for an estimate. I left a voicemail with all pertinent information and my number. No response. I can't help thinking (after seeing their tv ads) that unless the project is extensive such as a new house construction, they're just not interested. However. I feel that it would have been professional and courteous for them to at least return my call.

We highly recommend Wave Builders for all your renovation/construction needs. They provided us with quality work. We were truly impressed with this company. From the beginning to the end. Wes and his team went above and beyond our home dreams. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We recently did a full renovation to the interior and exterior of our house. They didn't cut corners and finished the project on time. Rochelle and Alfredo were always making sure that the work got done in a timely manner. They always asked us for our input and made sure we were ok with what was being done. We didn't find any surprises because we were always informed by the team. Thank you so much Wave Builders! We will definitely use them for future projects.

Thank you Wave Builders for the awesome work. We had a total head-to-toe renovation done to our bathroom to change it from a tub to a walk-in shower, replace the sink & toilet and adding grab bars around the shower to make it a safe place for my mom (92 yrs young) and much more. I truly appreciate Darren's attention to detail, his responsiveness, and he was always so courteous even though I know he had many tasks to juggle. All of Wave Builders' workers and subs (tile, plumbing and electrical) that came in to our home were neat and courteous as well. So professional and they all did their job well. They truly treated this reno like it was their own. I appreciate that they cleaned up at the end of the day too! Thank you for making my mom feel like a queen on her own throne. I will definitely call upon Wave Builders for our next reno project. Happy and satisfied homeowner.

We hired Wave Builders for two major construction projects and we are beyond pleased with the quality of work and professionalism offered by Wes and his team. There are a bunch of decisions to be made and aspects to consider when building/remodeling and it can get overwhelming really quickly. Having people like Wes and Alfredo, who you are able to trust and rely on, communicate well with, and count on for expert guidance and proper design execution, is invaluable during these times. We've worked with a fair share of contractors in the past but never again. We are Wave Builders' clients for life!
